Undoubtedly one of the best cafes in the West Yorkshire county or may be the UK. Food is very delicious with a level of spice(which usually suits Indians). Ambiance is very good. The service is top notch and the peeps are very humble. Really glad to find this in Halifax.
The building is full of character. We had dirty chai and banana loaf cake and it was delicious. Very relaxed, excellent service and very understated but cool. Loved it! Dog friendly too. ❤️
Excellent coffee, good food and nice vibe. Service very relaxed, which an impatient Londoner like me might find a little frustrating. Portion too big for me, would be happy with less food and slightly lower price. Overall, well worth a visit if you’re a fan of barista made coffee.
Temperance is a standout brunch and coffee house. The creamy avocado pairs perfectly with the poached eggs, and the toasted sourdough provides a satisfying crunch. The rich, velvety latte complements the food beautifully, making for a well-rounded, flavorful dish. The cozy atmosphere adds to the experience, making it a must-try spot for a delicious and wholesome breakfast or brunch.
Lovely place for brunch/lunch or coffee. I got a coffee and cake. Great for kids too as they have a kids menu and drinks. Lots of seating and nice & chilled atmosphere with lots of plants upstairs. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Will definitely be coming back!
