Good coffee shop in pleasant surroundings. It has expanded into a number of spaces both outdoors and indoors. Recommended. Suggested Improvement: Faster service at the small counter.
A lovely little cafe in Heaton Park but on my last visit the gentlemen in front of me pointed to a cake with an icing carrot on top and asked if it was carrot cake to which the staff replied that they werent sure! Quite pricey too - £4.50 for a sausage toasty but I have to admit they are tasty sausages! Recently had signs up saying no hot food - apparently staff just don't turn up sometimes. A bit of imagination and this place could be fantastic
My friend and I came for coffee and cake, I didnt know about this place until I had searched for cafes near Heaton Park and this is a really lovely cafe. It is nestled within the garden centre creating a really nice environment and atmosphere. It's dog friendly, lots of tables - some indoors too. The cakes were yummy and the portion sizes generous. I'll definitely go again.
