Atmosphere and service was exceptional, I sat back and watched how the staff and service was delivered throughout a busy period excellent customer engagement, all staff where extremely friendly and organised, very well led by a competent management team. Toilets where exceptionally clean both male and female, very surprised considering the amount of traffic. Not forgetting the quality of the beer was as is at all Wetherspoon pubs quality. Well done to all staff our group all left saying the same about a pleasant atmosphere and good service ice

Love the place, gives off an old wooden place, the food is astonishing, the drinks are refreshing specifically the Pepsi Cherry with the Lime inside it, the southern fried chicken strips will melt your taste buds, very nice would suggest, the service is kind and very welcoming they get the job done very quick to serve all the other customers, would highly recommend this place.

Good value for money but don't expect the best food you've ever had. A large menu with lots of offers with drinks etc. But I was disappointed with the lack of vegetarian options. There are one or two in most categories but given the number of dishes I would have expected more. The menu is quite confusing at first glance but once you've established which type of food you fancy, ie. Pizza, burger, traditional/classic etc. you can then hone in on that section and decide what type of drink and size and extras etc. I must admit I struggled to find out the cost without a drink as we'd already got our drinks before we ordered, so we did end up ordering another round, which I suppose is what they want. I had the Mediterranean salad with extra halloumi cheese and roasted vegetables and I was very disappointed as the halloumi was very pale with no colour at all, I like mine browned, and was almost cold and I could hardly find the roasted vegetables, just the odd tiny square of sweet pepper, definitely not worth paying the extra. My partner had the plant based burger and loved it. I tasted a bit of it and it just tasted like meat, which I didn't like. If you're a newly converted vegetarian and miss meat, you'll love it. We shared a salted caramel sticky toffee pudding with custard and it was heaven. Sorry about the photos but I forgot to take them before we started eating, and completely forgot about the pudding.

Good choice of food and drinks available at very reasonable prices. Service was excellent. Restaurant could definitely have been cleaner. The cupboard with the hot drinks machines on was filthy. The flooring that wasn't carpeted was sticky, as was the edges of the stairs. Toilet clean, tidy and well equipped. Bit of a pain having to go up 2 flights of stairs to access them though. There is a lift for wheelchair users etc. Only service dogs allowed. They have an outside area with chairs and tables but not really suitable for dining.

Nice cheap and cheerful, maybe another staff member as the waiting time was over 5 min for us. Other than that we had a great afternoon
