I always enjoy coming here. The staff are really friendly and the drinks are cheap. The pool table is one of the best around and it's only 5 mins from the tram stop.
Really nice pub. Our coach stopped there on way to Huddersfield. Great welcome, pleasant staff. Good variety of drinks at great prices. No food, but were able to bring food in from best value chippie across the road. Brilliant!
Called in for a midweek drink.

Pop in now again, but very local to hollingworth lake. Kelly the landlady is one in a million. Pub has pool table bandits tvs and is reasonably priced. Above all its clean and not full of kids aka the younger generation. We enjoy our time here. Parking is across the road.
