Had my dad's 70th birthday here last night and had an amazing night nice friendly bar staff and the DJ was very good too,would recommend this pub to anyone who needs a function room or even just to go in for a drink or two thank you Debbie and John and to all the staff for making my dad's night special
A pub with local and a welcoming thats warmer than the sarhara desert.with bingo for the oldies, stevie g with great nights ,all week there's somthing with a mix old & young people, no trouble just good banter.
A local pub that's all about the community and living up to its standards, been going here for years but it just keeps getting better each time. There is always loads of different events going on (not too pricey either) always something new. Kids bingo is amazing on a Sunday always packed out recently, Wednesday bingo is just full of laughs and the owners and bar staff are a 10/10
We booked a room at the shiredale for a wake, staff was great, buffet was brilliant and good value for money. This is a great pub with a friendly atmosphere would book the room again for future functions. Thanks to all the staff at the shiredale 😊
