I’ve been to Sam for a few treatments including microneedling & Carboxytherapy facial. My skin feels amazing after I’ve been! I’m always looking what other treatments I can add. I would definitely recommend Sam for any beauty treatments!

Sam is by far the best lash tech I've ever had and the most reasonable priced! She is very quick and efficient, and she does not glue my eyelashes together, unlike other lash techs have done in the past. Everyone always compliments my lashes and says how natural they look. But more importantly, I love my lashes, and I love my lash tech! Sam has become more than just a lash tech to me. She is also my therapist and my friend. Thanks, Sam

Had THE most amazing experience with Samantha! Sam was wonderful, she fitted me in on the day when I was let down just prior to going on holiday. I’m really enjoying my visits to Sheer Radiance. Sam is totally professional & really knows her stuff. I had a terrific lash lift there & have also enjoyed fantastic massages. I’ve also recently had my nails done. The space is really lovely & Sam is warm & welcoming.

Yet again, Jo’Ann at Thomas Herbert has transformed my hair colour and condition beautifully. I have attached before and after photos to show the difference. Tired of my ugly white roots contrasting starkly against my tired looking light brown hair, conscious of treatment costs and not wanting to succumb to my natural grey, I sought Jo’s trusted advice to overcome my dilemma. I am delighted with the proposed full-head foil treatment and results, especially in the knowledge that just one more full-head treatment is required to achieve the exact colour goal and then minimal maintenance treatments. Really lovely salon! My mum frequently uses the salon, so she booked me in for a haircut. I felt welcomed and acknowledged as soon as I arrived. The staff are really lovely, so is the coffee!! I had a consultation regarding what I wanted, lovely products used. Lovely haircut, and 100% what I wanted. I had a really nice experience and walked away feeling great!

Love my hair! Emma spent time and really listened to what I wanted. She explained everything to me and gave me some really good tips on how to style my hair.

I had a fantastic experience! The lovely emma looked after me and my hair, I had a blue balayage with purple undertones and I am in love with my hair. As well as being a maestro of hair, emma was also great at getting me out of my shell and we had a lovely conversation, she made me feel very much at ease and made the thomas herbert experience that much better.

Have been twice now 1st time had my eyebrows coloured and shaped as well as the patch test for eyelashes. 2nd time had my eyebrows redone my lashes tinted and my nails done for my son's wedding. Was pampered the entire time I was in the salon. Ladies are warm and welcomimg and the atmosphere is so relaxing recommend to everyone

There are not many things you can do that you come away from feeling better physically and spiritually, but a massage with Rebecca is one such thing. 90 minutes and I wish it was 90 more! For a hour and a half the cares and stresses of modern day life just fall away and afterwards you feel rejuvenated enough to re-enter the fray. Absolute value for money; not much you can say that about these days.

I remember coming here last year (2023) to have highlights, and possibly a cut/trim, done for my wedding. I cannot remember the name of the lady, but I felt so beautiful! Will definitely come again!
