I have been having my hair cut (& for many years in the past - coloured) by Jenna for 20 years now. I would not choose to go to anybody else (other than Dani of course - who cuts and colours both my girls’ hair). I completely trust her/them to do exactly the right thing with my hair. I’ve recommended them to family and friends over the years all of whom come too. I try to book far in advance as the great customer service, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and professionalism means they are booked a long time in advance. Very competitively priced too. Gem is a great addition to the salon too doing all things beauty and ‘updo’s’

They are fantastic. My hair always looks amazing. I tried to grow my hair for years, but it never did. Went to gingze, and the lady showed me that the previous hairdresser had been thinning my hair out as I had thick hair. This had really stopped my hair growing properly. Danielle is fantastic, and now I have really long healthy hair. Brilliant, brilliant hairdressers .

After not being to a salon in months due to a bad experience with a previous salon, i found Adele’s salon with glowing reviews online and bit the bullet. I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in Adele and ebony made me feel welcome instantly. Also the best shampoo I have ever had. Felt like I was getting a full head massage. And Adele reassured me I was in safe hands. She was constantly checking her work on my hair to make sure it was perfect. And I was over the moon with the finished result. Visited first time today and I will never ever go to any other hairdresser other than Rob. I have never had such experience in my life- Rob explained everything I needed to know to make decision on what to do with my hair, he even matched the colour of my hair with my eyes what made my face look better without a plastic surgery 😂 I came with destroyed, dry and messy hair, I left looking fabulous- young fresh look. Rob did not rush anything and spent long while making sure I look perfect and love what I see in the mirror before I leave. I fell in love with my hair again and so I did with this place and my fab hairdresser Rob. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place for big transformation! 🥰

I’ve been coming to Escape with all my family for probably the last 2 years. They cut my children’s and husband’s hair. I have highlights and most recently had tape extensions with Natalie as she knew I was really not happy with my hair. She talked me through the process advised and helped decide what would work best for me. I’m really happy with the result which has given me loads more confidence. The salon is modern, always clean, welcoming and friendly. Would recommend!

I rang Artisan after a mishap with my hair (my granddaughter attempted to cut my pony tail off while I was asleep and won!!) 🙈When I explained what had happened Barbara, the owner, fitted me in that day... I went for my appointment and was greeted with a smile from Barbara and the two young staff. I felt totally at ease immediately. I don't really like going for a haircut, it makes me anxious... This day any feelings I had just disappeared.. Barbara's Junior trainee Abbie, washed my hair and I can honestly say it was just wonderful, she massaged my scalp all over and I could've stayed there for hours. Abbie was just delightful, she's a little gem and just perfect for hairdressing. I couldn't believe it when she told me she was only 16.!!. her people skills are amazing... 😁😁 THANK YOU Abbie for that experience x When I sat down waiting for Barbara Abbie made me a lovely cup of tea... Barbara then talked me through what she suggested... (I had previously coloured my hair and the grow out was half way down my hair, it just looked awful... ) She listened to me and between us it was decided that all the old colour would be cut out and I would embrace my greyness... The finish is lovely and I'm so happy, if I wasn't staying nearby in a hotel, I would without a doubt become a regular... I live too far away... Barbara used to cut my hair in the late '80's/ early' 90's and I found her again on Instagram by chance. I had a consultation with her and at the appointment my hair was cut exactly as I wanted it. Barbara is a fantastic hairdresser who I would highly recommend and lucky for me she is just up the road from where I live now.
