First time taking my little girl to go and get her ears pierced i’m glad I found this place They have a very clean studio at the back of the shop and the staff are very friendly They even put little sweets in a after-care bag for my daughter I would recommend taking your child here for their first piercings 👍🏼

Popped in yesterday (walk in) for some ear piercings and Claudia was about to leave for her birthday weekend. She was kind enough to stay to do my piercings. She was really nice, chilled out and made me feel comfortable. The whole process didn't take long at all. Offered me to come back the following week to check out how my piercings are doing. 100% recommend and will definitely be going back!

I’ve been going to Claudias from her starting out many years ago, she is very professional, very clean and sterile in all treatments, I’ve had nails, piercings by herself many many times with no complaints whatsoever. I have Aleigha for my wild and wonderful acrylics too, who is very accommodating with my different ideas, my brows waxed and tinted and Lash extensions, again all done with no complaints . I love my visits, we have a great catch up, cuppa and giggles, always feeling at home and welcome. You will not be disappointed and guaranteed to return after your 1st visit. Five star service all around.

I have mobility issues and the staff were so helpful. They made the whole experience relaxing. I was offered a drink as soon as I was ready. I haven't used this hairdressing salon before, so I went with an open mind. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. I had a restyle which was performed by a trainee under the supervision of a college trainer. The whole experience was very positive, the trainee hairdresser was excellent and I have a beautiful new hairstyle. I fully recommend this salon. Thank you Miya for my fab new hairdo!💙😇

Excellent customer service! I cannot recommend Shelbys enough! I took out some hair extensions and when I washed my hair it became extremely matted beyond repair, so I had thought. I'd tried all sorts of methods and then accepted I'd have to have the entire length cut off. My hair grows slowly so I was gutted. However, I went into Shelbys today and the ladies were so friendly and professional when dealing with my issue. Kat in particular took her time to try everything she could to undo my mess without cutting off a huge amount of matted hair, which I thought was the only option. She saved my hair, the length and the thickness with professionalism, so much patience and was so reassuring throughout! Thank you all so much for your parts in helping today - I'm so grateful for the amazing service I received!

I went to the hairdresser today, for the first time since lockdown. I've been hacking at it myself!! I've never been to Shelby's before. I searched on Google for hairdressers in Burton, and made the decision to come here....I'm glad I did! All the ladies were friendly and the price was reasonable. I had Kat, who cut my hair exactly how I wanted and turned messy into tidy. I'm back home, hair washed and dried and waiting to go out to dinner. I'm a happy bunny! Thankyou x

Lovely hairdresser, all the staff are warm and friendly, the receptionist/ apprentice is nice and helpful and eager which is nice to see. Kay and ebony are friendly, approachable, great stylists that take care to look after you and your requests and give good advice. Never had Michelle but seen her and she is friendly and again a great stylist. The staff are all lovely and talented you feel welcome and not intimated, you can tell they all get a long have a laugh and have great team work. Get my appointments done with Kajol and she’s amazing! Such a lovely girl and so good at what she does. Makes sure I’m comfortable and very friendly. Laser prices are so cheap and the results are incredible
