I love visiting the salon. Joni and the Hide Hair team are professional, welcoming and very friendly. Joni listens to what you want and makes suggestions if you’re undecided. I always relax knowing that my hair is in safe hands. There’s the added bonus of a decent coffee, lots of chatting and plenty of laughter.

Another fabulous visit at Hide Hair Lounge, cannot remember how many years the fabulous Joni has been cutting and styling my hair. She is always a fountain of knowledge on advice and ideas on styles, and makes great coffee!! The whole team are amazing and its always a pleasure to visit.

I’ve been going to Claudias from her starting out many years ago, she is very professional, very clean and sterile in all treatments, I’ve had nails, piercings by herself many many times with no complaints whatsoever. I have Aleigha for my wild and wonderful acrylics too, who is very accommodating with my different ideas, my brows waxed and tinted and Lash extensions, again all done with no complaints . I love my visits, we have a great catch up, cuppa and giggles, always feeling at home and welcome. You will not be disappointed and guaranteed to return after your 1st visit. Five star service all around.

Popped in yesterday (walk in) for some ear piercings and Claudia was about to leave for her birthday weekend. She was kind enough to stay to do my piercings. She was really nice, chilled out and made me feel comfortable. The whole process didn't take long at all. Offered me to come back the following week to check out how my piercings are doing. 100% recommend and will definitely be going back!

First time taking my little girl to go and get her ears pierced i’m glad I found this place They have a very clean studio at the back of the shop and the staff are very friendly They even put little sweets in a after-care bag for my daughter I would recommend taking your child here for their first piercings 👍🏼

I have mobility issues and the staff were so helpful. They made the whole experience relaxing. I was offered a drink as soon as I was ready. I had a very relaxing pedicure my feet feel and look amazing. I would recommend The Treatment rooms in Tutbury as all the staff are very professional yet kind and friendly.

With my usual therapist poorly I expected to have to reschedule another day, but I was accommodated perfectly with the lovely Gracie. She was just as excellent as Imogen and as always I was pampered and looked after in style!! Wouldn’t consider anywhere else… all work so hard, salon is clean and hygienic, each and every therapist is fabulous. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Louise is very friendly and extremely charismatic and a very skilled professional hairdresser with a wealth of experience. She matched my hair colour perfectly to the hair extensions. I can’t begin to say the difference my hairpiece has made to me. I have melanoma and have had to have a skin graft on my head. After having a consultation with Louise she advised a hair piece. Louise was extremely knowledgeable and instantly put me at my ease. Today I went and had my hairpiece fitted. Louise was brilliant and used her skill to cut the piece into my own hair. I can't thank Louise enough for my hair. Louise offers a brilliant service which she delivers with kindness and empathy. Having thinning hair, Louise did a fantastic job at sourcing and customising my hairpiece which made me feel and look like me, and as such is very discrete. Since getting it last month I have worn it on several occasions and have received lots of compliments about my hair. Would 100% recommend.

I haven't used this hairdressing salon before, so I went with an open mind. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. I had a restyle which was performed by a trainee under the supervision of a college trainer. Had the best experience! Went in this morning after not having my hair cut for around two years 😬 she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She asked about lifestyle before cutting and took into consideration that I had just had a baby so made sure that the cut I was getting would be maintainable with two small children. It was such a beautiful salon, amazing decor! Would definitely recommend Danielle to anyone!

Classy and calm from the moment I walked in the front door. I was met with warmth and kindness but what made the biggest impression on me was Danielle’s immense knowledge and patience with it.
