Lovely salon with lovely stylists, we had the junior stylist do my 5 year olds hair, her first trip to the salon and she was insanely excited. She was made to feel very special and it was a great experience. Then down stairs for a slice of gorgeous victoria sponge cake. Perfect girl day.

No.10 Derby is absolutely amazing! I've had my hair dyed and cut by them twice now and both times have been wonderful. Staff are really caring. Prices are worthwhile. Hair has come out amazing both times.

What a lovely place to be in. I can't believe how very clean & welcoming this place is. It's has probably best rated toasty sandwiches and coffee in the whole town. BUT to top it all up, it has great hair saloon with very talented and professional staff. Well laid out, over three floors, the place has coffee on the ground floor with outdoor seating, hair saloon on other 2 floors laid out in 5 seperate rooms to give extra privacy and attention for customers. Great place to visit. Most certainly, I will come back as the freshly made toasty with a hint of baltic flavour is calling on my senses to enjoy it again. Highly recommended. It's worth a visit.

Lovely hairdressers, really understand how to treat fine, thin, flyaway, knotty hair! I have tried other hairdressers, but keep coming back to Stones. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, lovely head massage followed by a delicious biscoff latte and a decent hair cut and blow dry. Prices vary as to which stylist you see.

Lauren really listened to what I wanted & gave me exactly what I needed 💋 The previous week Emma had cut my hair & I’ve had so many compliments I love it 😍 14/12 Emma asked some great questions about my lifestyle & how I’d look after my hair to know what would be the best style for me & I was so happy with the result x 1/11 A gorgeous glow up from Liwsi. It was time for a change of colour not only to mark the season but also honour my one year on from my surgery for womb cancer & I left feeling lighter & brighter & ready to continue my healing with confidence & fabulous hair. I got introduced to this place by Keeley who is a daughter of my friend and she is a training stylist. She and all the ladies are fabulous and so helpful towards her, and helping to become a fantastic stylist. They are happy to teach her what they know and show her, but also allow her to correct her mistakes or put her on the right lines. This is great for anyone who is wanting to learn as it is building her confidence and she is happy in her job and her clients are happy with the outcome. Keep going ladies your great mentors and stylists who do a great job

I've been using this salon for 11 years and even though I no longer live in the area wouldn't go anywhere else. Tanya is fantastic and always offers me great advice on colour / style options, and consistently delivers excellent results. Throughout the pandemic the communication around closure, re-opening and safety measures was excellent. Would recommend to anyone :)

I would highly recommend Erika’s Beauty. Zoe is amazing and works magic with my hair! She takes the time to listen to what I want, offers professional advice and always takes time and care with my highlighted hair. Erika offers excellent and professional skin care advice. As someone who was nervous about having some treatments I was very quickly reassured by Erika’s knowledge and expertise. Adelina does a fantastic job of my lash extensions, her attention to detail is amazing. She always goes above and beyond to get the look I hope to achieve. I went to Erika’s Beauty for my eyebrows and am really happy with the process and result! Erika was fantastic! She was so welcoming and very informative in how she explained the process for getting my eyebrows done with micropigmentation. Erika is very professional and an expert in her craft, and I highly recommend her! I’m looking forwarding to going back for the touch up and to see final results but am 100% confident in them already. Plus her salon is such a great place to be and the staff there are so lovely!

Back to Barrow unfortunately for my sisters funeral but couldn't resist revisiting one of her (and mine) favourite restaurants. Authentic home cooked Thai-reminds me of our holidays in Bangkok and Pattaya. Amazing for Barrow! Very friendly owner and team. An excuse to return to my home town in future- if i needed one!
