Always produce excellent work both for Todmorden Choral Society and Todmorden Hippodrome Theatre. They are quick and very helpful at all times. The big advantage is that they are local and you can talk to them about what you want.

I have been using Creative Graphics for many years, they are reliable, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. They are friendly and work is produced very quickly and to a high standard, any problems are easily resolved. Both Lisa and Barry have a genuine warmth and care and are happy to guide you to find items that will support your growth. I have bought many items including a personalised talisman handmade by Lisa which I treasure. I can also highly recommend the pathway readings provided by Barry who is kind and patient - he takes a lot of care to help you understand the meaning of the cards and actually offers support rather than rushing through things. We cannot recommend Mr Flavour Events enough! From the moment we first made contact, we knew that we were working with a team who could provide a bespoke service that perfectly met our needs. The team were so professional, communication was exemplary and their service was beyond phenomenal! Mr Flavour recently managed and delivered my Halloween themed 40th Birthday party. Prior to the event, Ali and his team liaised with the venue to ensure everyone knew what they were doing to pull off an epic event. Everything was seamlessly organised and flawlessly delivered. From the moment we arrived, the courtyard and bar were set so professionally and truly transformed the venue, it looked like a Halloween movie set. The bar staff and actors set a perfectly eerie tone. The reception was a hit giving everyone the chance to mix and mingle over incredible cocktails that were as tasty as they were theatrical. The barn was set up with an incredible cocktail 'blood' fountain keeping everyone perfectly hydrated, though we were never left wanting with spooky cocktails and shots circulating all night long. The band were phenomenal and had everyone up and dancing all night long. I can't thank the Mr Flavour team enough for delivering the most memorable night of my life!

Excellent experience from start to finish Paul was great and helped with ideas for cocktails and mocktails. All the guests complimented on the perfect balance for the wedding. To top it all off the bar and display looked stunning. Very professional set up! The whole team were there throughout the day asking if we needed anything. Definitely made the day special!

We got married here in July 2024 and it was an unforgettable venue. The views over the hills were stunning and so many beautiful sites for photos. Great for kids as they were running round feeding the sheep and playing outdoor games. More than that, Mark, Debra and Jennie were fantastic. They took the time to really understand us as a couple and get us exactly what we wanted. They went the extra mile to help to create our perfect day - from hanging extra ‘green hangy things’ to driving us in a golf buggy up a hill for the best wedding shots. The best venue you could possibly book for your wedding! Mark and Deborah are just amazing, from 18 months ago meeting them for the first time right up until the morning after the wedding they could not be more helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they will make sure you have everything you want for your special day. The venue is amazing, they have thought of everything you could possibly need. It absolutely poured down all day for our wedding but Mark really went out of his way driving the bridal party around in his car to make sure none of us got wet getting down to the ceremony. They made sure the venue was properly equipped for such bad weather so that no one even cared about the weather and didn’t ruin the day what so ever. Jennie was also amazing running the day for us, she was always so smiley and so friendly for the whole day and kept checking in with us. She didn’t stop all day making sure it was the perfect day for us and made sure we both had a drink in our hand at all time, she’s an absolute credit to the venue. Every member of staff that worked on the day were so friendly and nothing was ever too much bother. We honestly had the best day ever.

We held our wedding at the Stables Wedding Farm in Summer 2024 and everything was perfect from start to finish! Working with Deb and Mark on putting the day together was our highlight and we miss heading up to the venue for a catch-up and to discuss plans. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we often joked that we could have told Mark that we wanted a UFO landing on the marquee roof and he would have gone above and beyond to help out! On the day of our wedding our (thought to be) worst nightmare happened and it absolutely bucketed it down as guests arrived and during the ceremony. However, Deb, Mark and the team had worked tirelessly to make sure everything ran smoothly and we can honestly say the rain had no impact on the day. We didn't believe this would be the case but it was honestly true! The biggest compliment we had was a guest said "you have managed to hold the wedding that everybody wants to have but are too scared to plan". This wouldn't have been possible without such an amazing and flexible venue. We wanted a relaxed day full of fun and little of the usual tradition. The venue meant we could decorate as we wished and have any food we could possibly want. We would recommend the venue to anybody, whatever the style of wedding you are looking for. We can't imagine another venue ran by people who care as much about your day as Mark and Deb and this honestly makes all the difference!

If you're wondering "do I really need a wedding planner?" the answer is no - you don't need just a wedding planner, YOU NEED JESS! The easiest ever 5 stars. Jess was phenomenal - you will not find a safer pair of hands for the biggest day of your life! BEFORE WEDDING DAY We thought we could do it all but we were so SO wrong. 16mths before our big day we realised that wedding planning is someone's profession for a REASON & opted to find an 'on the day' planner since most of our vendors were already booked. My biggest regret is not getting Jess on board from the outset! We spoke with a number of wedding planners & at the end of back-to-back initial meetings, we didn't even need to discuss who the best fit was - it was obviously Jess. Jess was, of course, kind & congratulatory & immediately easy to get on with, but she was also focused & able to demonstrate her ability to deliver our dream day from the very first moments of meeting her. We knew that she would have everything in hand! Jess was our go to whenever we had a wobble or a question or needed to soundboard something. Nothing was too much & she always responded quickly & with results! She put us at ease every step of the way. The thing with wedding planning is that you don't know what you don't know, & that is where Jess is essential. She won't just people please - she'll give you honest advice/opinions to ensure your day runs smoothly & in line with your vision, & she will quickly identify any issues or gaps & will have solutions before you can even ask! ON THE DAY Knowing Jess was going to be there put us at ease in the lead up. On the day we both said that booking Jess was the best decision we made on MULTIPLE occasions! Nothing was an issue, she had everything under control, & had solutions to any issues without us even knowing there'd been an issue. There was literally not one thing we had to worry about on the day. Ultimately, Jess was both a friendly face on the day putting us at ease & also the most proficient organiser I've ever seen. She took command, made sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be, & did so in the kindest & most professional way without so much as breaking a sweat. She makes EVERYTHING look effortless! By the end of the day, we were devastated that she was leaving after having delivered our dream wedding day which, due to her sheer effort & skill, far exceeded our expectations & frankly blew us out the water. TIPS 1 - Don't book any old wedding planner, BOOK JESS! And do it sooner than later - don't be me, you can't do it all! 2 - If you're having a multi-day wedding, particularly with a pre-party, book Jess! We didn't & when it came to bite me in the backside she was there at the drop of a hat & sorted EVERYTHING out. Massive regret not just booking her from the outset! 3 - Communicate! Jess is incredible but she's not a mind reader, & she got to know us so well so that she could deliver the exact right aesthetic & atmosphere on the day. 4 - Trust Jess implicitly. There is a reason this is her profession. She delivers flawless weddings week in, week out. If you hand over the reins, you will NOT be disappointed! OVERALL Jess is one of the most organised people you will ever meet & you'll rarely have a question that she hasn't already thought of & answered - she goes above & beyond! She is also so incredibly kind & we like to think over the past couple of years has become a real friend, something we are so grateful for. Our day was flawless & it was entirely down to Jess. Booking Jessica Sharpe Weddings was one of our best decisions & if you are lucky enough to book her I know it will be yours too! TO JESS There are no words to actually express our gratitude. Choosing Jess as our wedding planner was the best decision we ever made and enabled us to have the wedding of our dreams! My husband and I got married in July 2024, and utilised Jess’ on the day wedding coordination package - but what her and her team give you is so so much more than that! We booked a venue which required lots of different suppliers (separate caterer, bar company, linen hire, port-a-loos etc….) and in the run up to it I said to my husband that I really wanted someone I could hand everything over to in advance so I could enjoy the run up and not be worrying about coordinating everything! Luckily, I’d met Jess at an event before we were even engaged and so she was the first person I went to for this help. And I am SO glad we did! She goes above and beyond for you to make sure your day is special and runs smoothly. I’ll never forget that I’d planned to tie the tags onto our favours the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids, only to turn up and for them to have already been done by Jess and her team without even needing to have asked. We had drinks “tokens” to hand out to our evening guests and I went to ask Jess for these in the evening to hand them out, again to find that they’d taken care of it already. They were one step ahead always on the little details, and knowing there was someone we could go to on the day if needed (rather than people coming to me or the wedding party) was truly invaluable. After our wedding I asked my partner what’s the one “non negotiable” you’d recommend to other couples planning a wedding like ours and we both agreed that it would be Jess and her team. I know my sister is also recommending her to friends who are getting married soon too as she was equally impressed by her! Our daughter got married in June 2024 and we were very fortunate to have been recommended Jess by Kate from our marquee company (Special Event Tipis and Marquees). We had got quite far along the DIY planning route when I realised as MOB that I wanted to be able to enjoy the wedding day and the build up to it without being overwhelmed with everything. My husband was quite sceptical at first about why we needed a coordinator as we had everything booked. This was mainly because he hadn't quite grasped what was involved, but after meeting Jess he was onboard 110% and he, like the rest of us, thinks she is fantastic and money well spent. We engaged Jess for her 'on the day management' but this is truly much, much more than just 'on the day' management and is an absolute MUST if you are having a marquee wedding. She is an experienced professional who has a very calm approach to everything. She stepped in 6 weeks before the wedding and from then on we knew we were in safe hands. She gave us much needed advice on a whole host of things and made everything run smoothly. She expertly coordinated with all our suppliers - of which there were many and all of whom were brilliant! She and her team (hello & thank you to the other Jesses) came the day before the wedding and set up the marquee. We went along to give a hand, but she had everything covered. She even had a kettle & made us all a cuppa! They came to the church rehearsal and then went back to the marquee to continue with the set up which enabled me able to spend time with my daughter and our family and friends, stress free, the night before the wedding, which is something which I would not have been able to do without her being onboard. Unfortunately, the weather on the day wasn't great . After glorious sunshine the day before, in true Lake District style, it rained on the day. We were so confident and comfortable with Jess's advice that we trusted her to her to make the last minute decision if the drinks reception would be inside or outside. She, together with Fran from Holker Hall, managed this beautifully and our guests have said that they were quite pleased it rained as it enabled them to have a look around the beautiful Holker Hall. Jess and her team were very professional and at the same time warm and friendly and it genuinely comes across how much they love their work. We had the most fantastic & fun wedding party and all our guests have said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. I do believe we had the dream team of suppliers. I recently attended a family wedding at Crossley House in Halifax, and it was a truly beautiful experience. The location is stunning, with well-maintained grounds that added to the elegance of the day. The venue exudes a high-class atmosphere, making it perfect for special occasions. Everything from the setting to the service was top-notch, and it provided a picturesque backdrop for the wedding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a sophisticated and memorable venue.

Absolutely amazing venue, did not expect this place to be so grand and have so much wow factor. The staff go above and beyond and I will definitely be back again.

Beautiful building and garden

We had the most amazing day! Couldn’t recommend the venue enough. The staff and our coordinator Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and it really was! I didn’t have to worry about a thing, they had everything in hand and the day ran so smoothly. The venue is beautiful, so much space and photo opportunities! It rained most of the day but this didn’t affect our photos as there are so many areas inside! Would highly recommend The Venue for your wedding day!

The Venue Bowers Mill was the only wedding venue we actually went to see and we knew straight away that it was the right one for us and looking back we couldn't have made a better choice! All of our guests loved the space and we had so many compliments on both the staff and the food! The team made sure that our day was perfect, even managing to make a last minute change to the timings to accommodate a surprise singing waiter. If you get Lucy as your coordinator you have struck gold! She couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she helped to take all of the stress away from planning right through to the day itself.

We had our wedding at the Venue last year and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The day ran like clockwork thanks to Lydia and the team and the run up to the day was really well organised. The location is beautiful and the day was everything we wanted it to be and more.

Absolutely fantastic location, price, management team and food! My husband and I got married here in May and we could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. From the very beginning of our wedding journey we were blown away with the location and rustic feel to the building. We were prepared for a unrealistic quote for what we wanted on our day. This was absolutely not the case. If anything we were surprised at everything that was included in the package, with comparison to the copious wedding venues we had visited, where everything was an add on at a extra expense. We met various members of the team during the build up to the day and all staff were so passionate and invested in our day. Lucy who coordinated our day was amazing. A women definitely born for the job. The day from start to finish was stress free. So many of our wedding guests commented on how well organised the day was and how nicely it flowed from one part to the other. Lucy had thought of everything and was always one step ahead. The food was so delicious. My brother is a head chef in Wales and was so impressed with the food! We cannot thank The Venue enough for providing the best possible experience for our special day. We would highly recommend it to any future couple.

Creative Venue Stylists decorated our venue for our wedding day on 7th April. We had ceiling drapes with dreamy fairy lights in them, the gorgeous half styled moon gate (which we had plain for the ceremony but had a neon sign added for the wedding breakfast and evening) a gorgeous post box for our wedding cards and sage green chair sashes. Our venue looked amazing anyway but Creative Venue Stylists made it look even better. Customer service was second to none and value for money is excellent. Can’t thank them enough!

We recently got married at Beeston Manor and Creative were brilliant all the way through. We had our initial appointment to decide our theme and decorations but then unfortunately our wedding got postponed due to COVID. However creative quickly rearranged everything for us and were more than happy to go back through our order, review and amend as necessary. They also helped suggest things that brought the room together and advised us if we were picking items that might not quite go together which we really appreciated. There was also regular communication up until the wedding so we were able to amend anything as necessary. On the day the team arrived and set up the room beautifully. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We recently held the Old Crossleyans RUFC Centenary Gala Dinner at the wonderful Arches and it was the best decision to hold the event at this beautiful venue. As well as the actual venue being amazing all the team gave fantastic service and support. From the initial engagement with Jamie and booking the event, to liaising with Kat pretty much delay in the run up to it (who was an absolute Godsend with her can do style and organising skills), to Sam for his calm and helpful presence and also the lovely Jack who both couldn’t do enough for us on the day/night as well as the waiting and bar staff who were so quick, efficient and all really smiley and friendly. There was lots of really positive feedback about the food - tasty, hot and plenty of it. We hired a brilliant band who came over from Warrington called the Stereobats and also had a fabulous singer called Julie Diamond who is local. All in all everything about the venue was over and above what I expected. Thanks again to the team!

We very recently got married at The Arches. After seeing a few different venues, we adored the industrial, laid back vibe The Arches offered and the responsiveness/helpfulness of the team was the deciding factor vs other venues. The venue is so unique, minimal additional decoration is needed but looked amazing with our bright/colourful touches. The team had pages and pages of instructions from me and decorated/turned around the venue, with no input from ourselves - it was effortless and allowed us to really focus on preparing for our special day. All of our friends and family were stunned by the venue and food. All of them said it was refreshing to go to a different type of venue they have never been to before vs a church or a barn!! So many of them said they could see why we chose The Arches and how 'us' it was, and that is a reflection of the team really encouraging you to pur your personal touch on it. Yorkshire has been our home for many years and it felt so special to have a venue (and multiple vendors) that reflected this. The food was fantastic. We had visited True North prior to booking, and for our menu tasting, but were still blown away on the day. The quality and portion sizes were like nothing we have had at any wedding before - which many of our guest echoed! (The onion bhaji canape and sticky toffee pudding were particular incredible). All of the team really looked after us and cared for us so extremely well. Kat, Jamie, Sam and Jack are a credit to The Arches, and just made us feel so at ease. We truly cannot thank the whole team enough!

Wow! What a fabulous wedding for my Daughter and son in law. The service from start to finish was faultless. The day was amazing and the team absolutely made it run so smoothly. Wow! This venue is amazing. I have photographed a few weddings at The Arches and love it. The building has a lot of character and can be styled to suit. The staff are so friendly and caring, and have always been so helpful. The food is delicious! The staff went out of their way to sort me a vegan meal out last minute after I stepped into cover another wedding photographer. From a photography point of view - the building itself has huge windows - letting in loads of natural light, and there's plenty of space for indoor photographs. There's also some great spots nearby for some characterful, industrial, urban photographs. There's some special unique features - like where the couple are able to cut their cake in one of the old window frames. I can't wait to come back soon!
