We booked Scarlett as the celebrant for our wedding in July 2022. From the first call with Scarlett we felt confident that she was the celebrant for us - she was warm, friendly, listened to what we wanted from the day and gave great advice that helped make decision-making as stress free as possible. She kept in touch in the run up to the wedding and continued to give us all the support and guidance we needed, responding to any feedback we had in a really constructive way. On the day she was amazing - the ceremony was personal, moving, funny and relaxed all at once! She also handled hiccups like the sound system breaking partway through with calm good humour. Scarlett was fantastic! When we were looking for a celebrant we really wanted Someone fun yet thoughtful and we found that perfect balance in Scarlett. We met prior to our big day to run through how things worked as we just didn’t have a clue, Scarlett was really helpful and made us feel in such safe hands that everything would run smoothly. She helped us to write our own vows along side “our story” which she read before we did our knot tying ceremony. So many guest commented on how lovely it was to hear our back story and we definitely had a few tears! We have now received our beautifully presented keep sake box from Scarlett with our own vows , the knot we tied and Scarlett’s readings which we will cherish forever. Scarlett was so fantastic at our wedding we can’t thank her enough. Our ceremony was so personal and really reflected us as a couple. We can’t recommend Sian enough! Being able to hand everything over to her 6 weeks before the wedding was such a weight off our shoulders, and really lifted that worry of ‘oh gosh what if we forget something’! Having Sian taking care of everything also completely transformed our experience on the day - rather than having to worry about the florist coming to set up and the bar and all the other suppliers arriving, we could just get ourselves ready and enjoy the excitement with our friends and family. Rather than having to ‘host’, we got to fully enjoy our day. She is also just so lovely and kind, a wonderful person to have around on the big day!

When we first met Sian we knew she would be perfect as our wedding coordinator. She was so friendly and reassuring and we instantly knew we were in good hands. Sian took over control of the supplier at the 6 week mark in order to get the schedule together. This was so helpful and really took the pressure off us. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. On the day Sian was amazing and so professional. She kept us on schedule while letting us go with the flow. It all ran so smoothly and we had the most incredible day!! We really appreciate everything you did and you went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Sain to anyone!!

After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. We hired Sian as our day-of co-ordinator for our wedding, and I am so so glad we did. She was really helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, helping tie all the details together and acting as a liaison for our other vendors which was really useful. Where Sian really shone was on the day of the wedding - we did a lot of DIY elements (bringing in a lot of our own food, drinks, and decorations) and hired in multiple independent vendors, and so there were a lot of moving parts, things that needed co-ordinating and delegating, and things that needed to happen at specific times and in specific areas. And thanks to Sian, it all went perfectly - every single thing we requested or put on the to do list got done (even last minute additions) and the day just flowed so seamlessly due to all her hard work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, she was so friendly and accommodating and we had such a fun and stress-free day all because of her work. Thank you!

The Angels Event delivered a truly top class party to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. Right from the planning stages they were inventive, professional and a joy to work with. The Angels really were our Angels. From concept to party we were in great hands. They developed our ideas and turned them into reality but with their own very special touch - and all within a tight budget. They listened carefully, gave advice and suggestions and created a stunning event that was spectacular in every sense of the word. Their hands on approach meant that the run up to the party was just as enjoyable as the event itself. Their unobtrusive management during the party allowed us to do just that - Party! We worked with the Angels for a private party to supply our flagship Mirror X booth. Big credit to the team, they work extremely hard and are very professional with their delivery, the venue was jaw-droppingly stunning, and everything went smoothly, would be more than happy to work with them again :)

We used Create a Look for our wedding in May - Really friendly service, Jessica was really helpful when we were choosing decorations/colours etc., and everything was set up the day before our wedding so we didn't have to worry about it! Very efficient service and Jessica was so friendly, would highly recommend using Create a Look!

We asked Jess to provide table centrepieces for our Emerald Ball in November. She provided a fantastic service, replied swiftly to any questions and had some great suggestions. The final look on the night and service on the day of set up was amazing. The centrepieces pulled the venue together, perfectly matching the theme. We couldn't recommend Jess enough and will certainly be using Create a Look again in the future.

Jessica was absolutely wonderful! We met Jessica and her mum at a wedding fayre at our venue where there were many other venue stylists too. It was their personalities and honesty which drew us to them and of course their beautiful decor. They were very attentive and recognised us when we saw them again at another wedding fayre which made it feel really personal. Communication in the lead up was timely which put us totally at ease. We loved everything they did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone. The decor brought our vision to life and it was everything we could have wished for! They were the best supplier we dealt with! Thank you again!!

The ‘Create A Look’ decor complimented our venue beautifully and the blossom trees provided a perfect canopy for the wedding vows and group photographs. Jess managed to get the green trees for the wedding breakfast just in time and these looked perfect next to the grand wooden fireplace at The Majestic Hotel. Along with the Chiavari chairs and carpet runner for the ceremony and the chair covers and sashes for the wedding breakfast we had the perfect look for our wedding that we had envisaged. Would definitely recommend!

Wow! What more can I say? Vickie was so helpful from start to finish and her work is amazing. The venue was decorated so beautifully for my 40th party. From the seat covers and sashes, to the pretty centrepieces, to the balloons, to the twinkly lights on the stage. Everyone commented on how beautiful the room looked. I recently collaborated with Vickie on a wedding styled shoot and her styling knowledge and expertise were second to none! We met for a coffee and discussed my vision for the shoot and then Vickie ran with the idea and pulled out all the stops to create a gorgeous table scape and cake table. It was essential that we used repurposed and ethically sourced décor and Vickie didn't disappoint - she brought along homemade beeswax candles, charity shop finds and some gorgeous linen napkins. Her vision for bringing together the whole style of the shoot was amazing! Can't wait for our next collaboration!

West Yorkshire Event Styling did our wedding in Feb 2023 and I can't say enough about how great our venue looked. Alison was professional from the outset and nothing was too much for her. Eventhough she already has a long itinerary of resources, if we wanted something specific, she would find it, such as a fog machine! Working with Suzy was an absolute dream. We planned our destination wedding styling with her from Bermuda. We spoke with her on the phone with a four hour time difference which meant early morning long distance calls to late night conversations squeezing in every detail. 100% recommend!!! We used Suzy @ Mave for both event styling and on-the-day coordination. Having a marquee wedding at home, I knew I would need lots of props to bring my vision together. Suzy was great at listening to my "vibe" and creating the wedding of dreams. I would not have changed a thing!! Organising the wedding myself, I knew I would struggle to trust anyone else to take over on the day itself without a stress, so the on-the-day coordination service was the best solution and totally worth every penny! Suzy was there from start to finish and really allowed me to put my mind at rest and enjoy every moment. From small things to topping up your lipstick, to big things like directing evening guests if they arrive early! From arriving back at our house in the wedding car, she was camera ready to capture the moment! I was very impressed! From the words of a control freak, book Suzy and you can't go wrong xxx

Suzy was our day-of-coordinator and was absolutely amazing. Can't state enough the amount of value she delivered to our wedding, we were so so glad we booked her! All our guests and other suppliers agreed she was brilliant too. We had a DIY marquee wedding that required lots of parts coming together, and some last minute changes due to weather. Not only did Suzy manage things running smoothly on the day, but our calls in the run up to ensure everything had been planned out were really useful, as well as communication with suppliers the week before. As a bride I was able to 100% relax on my wedding morning knowing that no matter what came up, Suzy would have it sorted. The way this made me feel my wedding morning, wedding day and in the week running up, is something that I didn't know money could buy and I am so grateful! Simply I can't recommend Suzy enough, I think it's essential to have a coordinator for this type of wedding, and Suzy delivers the absolute top standard of this, plus you know she's looking at it with a stylist's eye! Where do I even begin? I’d been to a number of weddings where the couple had to set up in the lead up and take it all back down again once the day was done. We just knew that isn’t what I wanted to be doing. We needed calm, no stress and worrying about storage and not to mention the crackers prices for individual purchases of items, storing before the day and where the heck do we put it once the day is over? I saw Suzy’s work on Instagram and immediately knew we would hit it off and quite honestly you were our saving grace in the lead up and the day. It was so bloomin’ lovely to have the decor a secret and to hand over the reigns to someone who knows what they’re doing. We got to see the final product when celebrating and so we’re as awe struck as our guests. We hadn’t a clue how much work goes into planning a wedding and we didn’t even need to make it look nice. Nice doesn’t even cut how beautiful Suzy made our venue; every single person told us how gorgeous it was and were all relieved the next morning when Suzy turned up to take it all down. I emailed numerous times for advice and booked our band as Suzy recommended them; they were amazing and once again you were bang on the money! Suzy; you are worth every penny and more because you were invaluable. Do yourselves a favour and book the stylist package at the very minimum because it makes your venue go from good to fantastic. Not only that but it takes some much needed pressure from your shoulders. We wanted to have everything look amazing but couldn’t quite be bothered to do DIY. Going to ikea the week of the wedding was my worst nightmare so do yourselves a solid and book Suzy!! Suzy, thank you again for everything. Not only is your work beautiful but so are you!
