Absolutely speechless, what an amazing experience! I had been mixed with emotions leading up to my appointment as this was my first ever bridal fitting. Never did I think I would find my dream dress on my first initial booking! Lauren was absolutely amazing! Full of energy, patient and most importantly made me and my family feel comfortable from the beginning to the end. Lauren’s amazing knowledge of dresses helped with trying on selections not only from my personal lookbook, which you are able to favourite dresses you like prior to your appointment but others she knew were of a similar style to what I loved. I can’t thank Lauren enough for everything she has done! I would 100% recommend Isabella Grace. Thank you again!

I had the most amazing experience yesterday at Isabella Grace. My bridal consultant was Sharon, who made us all feel so welcome. I was feeling extremely anxious as this was my first ever experience and I didn't know what to expect nor whether I'd feel pushed into something. But no, Sharon was amazing I felt so at ease as soon as I stepped into our personal room. The room we was assigned was stunning and personal, the ambiance is completely relaxing with spa music playing creating such a relaxed and warm environment. I was lucky enough to find my dream dress at Isabella Grace and got to say 'yes' to the dress!!. We then celebrated with complimentary bubbly and also received the cutest gift bag. It's these little personal touches that make an experience even more special. Thank you all so much from the amazing communication before hand from Nicki to the whole appointment yesterday with Sharon. Highly recommend this place ♡

What an incredible dress experience! Isabella Grace is such a wonderful dress shop! We were warmly welcomed and taken up to my bridal suite which was incredible and I met my bridal assistant Carrie. From the start Carrie was amazing. She worked with me to find the style and fit I loved and helped me find my dress!! I’m so happy I have found my dress, and I couldn’t have done it without Carrie! I’m just so excited for my dress to arrive and wear on my wedding day! 10/10 and a 5 Star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just recently moved from London to Tunbridge Wells and had an amazing experience at Isabella Grace! I had already tried on two dresses at other stores in London that I really liked, but none of them felt like “the one”. That all changed when I came here. Amber and Carrie were absolutely fantastic. They were super knowledgeable, kind and attentive. Amber really listened to what I was looking for and used her background as a seamstress to guide me toward the perfect dress. Her expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with my choice and I’m so excited to walk down the aisle with my dream dress from Isabella Grace!

One word...wow! I had the most amazing experience at Isabella Grace yesterday. I was greeted by the amazing Mandy who looked after me and my guests for my appointment. The most beautiful bridal boutique with a huge range of choices. The pre-appointment information is super helpful which enhances your experience on the day. Mandy was so friendly, helpful and most of all, knowledgeable! I felt so comfortable straight away despite still feeling so nervous, she put me at ease straight away! I went to my appointment with an open mind, not sure what to expect but knowing I said Yes To The Dress was the best feeling and outcome for the day!
