I made the decision to hire BuoEvents Decorations Service to decorate the venue for our mum's service. I must say it was the best decision ever. The team completely transformed a dull looking hall to a stunningly beautiful venue. They literally took care of everything, provided all that was needed and made the whole process of planning the event stress free. It was so well organised and the quality of service was AMAZING. I hired chairs Stage and cake table for my event. On 22/06/24. Since I started communicating with the owner she was very polite and patient ( as I made several calls) until we came to an agreement. When the venue said no items can be left overnight she agreed to collect at 11:30 pm for a small fee (£50) which is understandable. This booking was confirmed a day before the event though she said delivery might be late I was surprised when she call me before 9 am ( the venue was not even opened ) . Thank you Ma’am for your efficient service and fully refunded deposit. I will definitely recommend your business and definitely use your services again as you were the most competitive in the market 👍🏾✅
