Couldn’t have asked for a better venue and experience for my 24th Birthday. The staff were all amazing and so so kind, I had the best night celebrating with my friends. The venue is gorgeous and the ladies went above and beyond for me. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to celebrate a birthday or wedding, for a memory they’ll never forget. Thank you again to everyone at The Bugle ❤️

We recently held our son's christening at The Bugle, and it was an absolutely lovely day from start to finish. The venue provided the perfect setting for such a special occasion, with elegant aesthetics it wasn’t difficult to dress the room. What truly stood out was the wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of; they were incredibly accommodating and responsive. I am already looking forward to hosting another event at The Bugle later this month. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful venue with fab service.

We cannot recommend the Bugle enough, and want to say a huge thank you to Holly and all the staff for how special they made our wedding day on the 10/10/24. The day really could have not gone any better. All of our guests commented on how polite, cheerful and professional all those working at the Bugle were. The staff throughout the whole wedding planning process and on our wedding day went out of their way to make the build up, and day as special and as easy to navigate as possible. We had an amazing time, and the hard work really paid off. Quite a few of our guests have expressed to us about how seeing our wedding at the Bugle has made them want to get married at the venue. We couldn’t have had a better day and it’s all thanks to the hard work of the staff making our day so special, as well as the beautiful interior of the Bugle. And would recommend the Bugle to everyone, for any occasion!

Had the most fantastic wedding day and stay at the Bugle House in June! Stunning iconic venue with beautiful reception rooms and bedrooms. The food and all the staff on the day were just lovely and super helpful. Holly was amazing from start to end helping us plan and coordinate the best day ever. We loved every minute and didn’t want the day to end. Thank you so much for all your energy, enthusiasm and organisation!

I had the pleasure of working with team for my Indian engagement. It was the first time they’d done an event of this kind but there was no hesitation and they knew they’d be able to create my vision. They were able to produce an elegant and breathtaking set up. They were organised, the best time keeping and reached out with options and alternatives if certain ideas weren’t doable within the budget! I’m so glad I chose them and can’t wait to work with them again!

Hazel & Natalie literally made our dreams come a reality!! They made the planning of decorating our venue (new place hotel) so easy right from the start of booking all the way up to our wedding day. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them & communication was absolutely amazing. We literally cannot thank them enough for making our day so perfect!

We got married on 29th Feb at New Place Hotel. Hazel and her team made a fantastic job of dressing our venue. We couldn't believe the transformation. They had so much choice of colours, chair covers and accessories.,5* service and would recommend to anybody who are planning their special day. Keep up the fab work guys x

Thank you to Hazel and the team for everything. Event perfection decorated our wedding venue at New Place hotel and oh my what a wonderful job they did. Our venue looked absolutely stunning. The spectacular ceiling canopy with the lights was such a show stopper. Hazel and the team went above and beyond for us and made our wedding dream vision come true. We cannot thank you enough.
