A socially distanced birthday surprise was excellently executed and totally appreciated. Arriving with a kitchen in a van, setting up outside and preparing for an hour, Michele presented amazing looking and tasting food, from a pre-selected menu. The starter in particular was awesome. Michele at 7th Wave catered a wonderful afternoon tea for 50 people for our celebration following my son’s christening. The food was delicious (so much so the guests were clearing the buffet in minutes but Mich and the team did a magnificent job to keep up!); the staff serving the food and drinks were so polite and helpful, even staying to help us tidy the church hall at the end of the day; and creating delicious gluten free options as part of our menu was no problem. I will absolutely use 7th Wave again for any future events. Thank you again Mich and team for such wonderful food and service.

Michele and her team catered my wedding in early August and they were absolutely incredible. The food we had was sensational and the canapes were some of the best we, and our guests, had ever had! 7th Wave helped make the process smooth from start to finish and a lot less stressful than the lead up (and clear up) could have been.
