As a complete dentistry coward from childhood my experiences are limited to 'having no choice' visits when I have a problem, but I have to say my visits here for the latest one have been a revelation. Elena and the team have made me feel as relaxed as they possibly could, extremely friendly and comfortable, so much so that even root canal treatment couldn't spoil it. I must admit I might even have nodded off briefly during the procedure. I have to go back for the work to be completed but dont feel any anxiety at all. I can't recommend them enough.

Great service. Always feel at ease and Elena takes time to explain things to us. Elena is very dedicated to her work and tries to fix problems before they gets worse. My wife used to have a fear of dentists, and yet she does not fear going to Purewell Cross because Elena is so gentle, kind and understanding. I have an issue with grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw, and Elena sorted me out a shield to wear which helps stop me crunching my teeth and reducing further damage being done.

Elena and team are really professional. Over the years my mouth has stabilised and I very rarely need treatments due to my ongoing appointments and advice.

Elena and her team have always been amazing. From ensuring that I’m seen at the earliest opportunity, to providing me with great advice while considering some health issues that could have caused difficulties. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
