Joined the practise in December 2024. Lovely reception team, very welcoming and patient with all my questions. Fabulous dentist who worked with me and ensured the appointment met my needs, supporting my anxieties. Have registered my son there also.

I went to Ilchester Dental care for an emergency appointment even though I wasn’t registered with them. I found the service was excellent and managed together a very damaged tooth extracted the same day. The staff were excellent and the waiting area was comfortable and calming. Very pleased.

Very friendly staff, Lydia is excellent and very happy to explain what she is doing and go and a slower pace (which I appreciate as I am so nervous when attending the dentist)! I would highly recommend!

Overall Carmen and the team at Ilchester Dental Care provided me with a first rate experience. My teeth have been fixed and I can now smile with confidence, something I haven't been able to do for a very long time. After avoiding a dentist for a number of years I decided I needed to go and get sorted. I chose ilchester after being recommended by a friend. The staff were brilliant and my dentist didn’t just tell me what I needed she took the time to discuss it, gave me options and let me have a say in how to proceed which was great.
