Always lovely staff, although Sally was looking for an escape route!
Only a handful of experiences so far but all have filled us with confidence. We have a sensitive dog and the approach by the vets has been fantastic. Huge contrast to our last vets - very happy, kicking myself for not registering with these guys sooner.
They were really good with my doggy, she had an infection and they were so careful with her, after one week with antibiotics she is completely fine now. I'll definitely choose them as our veterinary for Freya.
I was extremely impressed by the service. Triage then decisive and competent treatment without any delay. Fees very reasonable. Outcome good. I will be back.
Really great vets, Vet Alison at the Barnoldswick site is lovely and so gentle with my 2 pooches. Would highly recommend. Plus doing the payment plan for visits means I save money in the long run too! Perfect!
