The care provided at Vita is excellent. They got straight to work on our puppy who had broken his leg in 2 places and we were advised that this would be a very tricky procedure and a strict recovery. 6 weeks later, our puppy’s breaks have healed nicely and his metal screws were taken out. It feels like the vets and staff have a personal investment in your animal’s recovery. They will give regular updates on your pet and even provide pictures to reassure you that they are in safe hands. The vet is excellent at what he does and has a very quick turnaround to get your pet back to form! Overall, I would 100% recommend this vet to anyone. After multiple surgeries on Ellie’s knees—one of which had failed—Vita took us under their wing for a “last chance” surgery, and so far, it’s been a success! After 18 months on three legs, she’s finally back on all four.

The team at Vita is fantastic, providing expert care and genuine compassion. Their app, which allows for out-of-hours contact, was a lifesaver—especially during those nerve-wracking first few days post-surgery when the 3 AM worries set in. Just having that reassurance made all the difference.

We can’t thank the staff at Vita Referrals enough. Yesterday we took our 4 month old puppy there with suspected meningitis and they treated her straight away. Stuart was so knowledgable and explained the CT scan and tests in detail. Bella stayed there over night and they have an app where you can communicate with the Nurse which was amazing as they sent regular photos and updates. Bella is already home and on the mend - a massive thank you to all the team at Vita Referrals.

Could not fault the care my cat had during his treatment here.
He had a perineal urethostomy, and everything was explained thoroughly, both before and after. He was kept in for 2 nights after the operation, I was kept up to date on his progress with phone calls from the vet and several PetsApps updates app with pictures from the nurses. He was clearly well cared for.
During further recovery at home, I had a couple of concerns/questions which were dealt with within a day on the app, with advice directly from the vet.
Obviously hope I never have to use them again for Bootsy's sake, but should the need arise I would have 100% confidence in them.
They weren't the cheapest option, but also weren't the most expensive, and I think the service and aftercare was worth its weight in gold so all in all very good value for money. Plus there were no hidden costs, everything was very upfront. Thank you all!!!

My dog ruptured his knee but thanks to vita he’s currently recovering and in good health. The staff here are top notch and very helpful. I was personally dealing with Nick who’s an expert in the veterinary field. He’s previously stayed the night here too with no issues and consistent updates on how he’s doing. Nicki the receptionist at the surgery has also been lovely and provided a welcoming vibe to the surgery as soon as you walk in. Can’t thank these guys enough. 101% recommended!
