We’ve been with Richard and the team at Gidea Park for years and always received the most excellent service. Today was no exception, we got an emergency appointment for our little chihuahua who was struggling with her breathing, and was given a clear and transparent course of treatment. Richard and the team have been such an amazing team. We first had our 21 year old Cat lovingly taken care of by them and supported into her senior years and now we have a new puppy. They offer such great information and professional support. We’re always better informed and confident following a visit and they really care about what they do. I would hope this practice and Richard will grow old alongside me and any pets we have in the future so I don’t have to go anywhere else, ever. First class service quick and easy to get an appointment for my kitty Daisy. there was no hanging around we were seen at the appointment time given. Richard and his team are always so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Richard and the team took great care of our previous cat Dusty until the grand age of 19. Now they are looking out for Pepper who, although being only 2 and a half, had a gum infection and has had most of her teeth extracted over several visits. 5 Stars We’ve been bringing our rescue dog to this veterinary practice for over 5 years, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. The entire practice is exceptionally well-organised and professionally managed, making every visit smooth and stress-free. A special mention has to go to Richard, who is a fantastic asset to the team. He’s incredibly kind, patient, and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring we fully understand any treatment or advice. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he looks after, and his calm, compassionate approach puts both pets and owners at ease.
