Took our German Shepard there. Very good very calm with him. Put a muzzle on him like it was nothing and he had absolutely no issues with it. Can’t praise Emily the vet high enough. Really good service

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

I’ve been bringing my dog to Oakbarn Vets for the past 3 years, and the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. They’ve been particularly amazing during emergencies, offering immediate appointments and making sure my dog received the best attention. Jonathan operated on my beloved Bichon Frise, successfully removing a part of his liver that had cancer cells. The fees are higher than other specialists, but the waiting time for a consultation certainly made up for it. Having initially been referred somewhere else where the waiting list for a consultation was 4 weeks, I sought Aura, who were able to see my dog the same week. His recovery has been tremendous, and the twice daily calls whilst he was an inpatient showed they truly care for both the dogs and the owners. Follow-up calls were also much appreciated, I never once felt like my dog and I were just another number. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service and compassion for all involved in an incredibly emotional and exhaustive process. You could not be in better hands from the first phone call to the amazing Toni (lovely healthy treat lady) and on to all the medical staff. Ironically you really never want take your loved one here but if you have to go somewhere like this please go to Aura.

Aura treated my 2yo cat’s badly infected (bitten) tail, which the local vet said should be amputated. Aura took great care of her and did an excellent job - she was healed and back climbing trees in no time. I only wish I’d asked for a referral there much, much sooner. Also very pleased with PetPlan for paying the bills with very minimal fuss.

The Aura team helped save our pug Stevie. Everyone who we had help us was amazing from the start when we thought we were going to loose her, to the finish when we were thankful reunited with her. The reception team were so kind and supportive, the finance department even came to help explain to us better about insurance because it’s the first time we’ve ever had to use it, and the nurses and vets that helped save our babies life were incredible. I am so grateful for everything they did and will never stop recommending them to everyone 🐾🤍🐾

We have a golden retriever puppy on a puppy plan with Voo Vet and they’re great. So friendly and helpful. Today he had a check up and the nurse Amy spent ages with us checking him over and even showed me how to cut his claws. Highly recommend!

We hadn’t had the best experience with vets in the local area, as they weren’t very great when handling our Italian greyhound which led to improper checks etc. However, then we found Voo it’s been refreshingly vastly different and we appreciate the whole team here for making their vets a safe space for our little pooch! He’s still building confidence with vets due to bad experiences elsewhere before but the Voo team are patient, give him lots of love, and have been able to help with getting Moose on course with being very healthy for a very long time! We appreciate their ethos and efforts to date, and are so glad we found them. Thanks team Voo - from us and Moose! :)

Wonderful vets, attentive, professional, knowledgeable and easily accessible. Lovely offices and gave Albert and Diesel all the necessary medical care they needed . Diesel just needed a check up and his yearly vaccinations… Albert had his vaccinations and received antibiotics and a cone to heal his eye infection

Highly recommend the team at Surrey Hills Equine. I recently had Corrado out to treat an injury that my horse sustained in the field and have been very impressed with treatment he has received. Corrado takes the time to explain everything that he is doing and why. Leanne and the office staff have been a pleasure to deal with, all of my insurance claims have been handled quickly and efficiently. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done and feel very lucky to have found a great practice.

This is an excellent veterinary practice with a professional and caring team. Corrado has been our vet for many years looking after our livery horses at Holt Farm Equestrian, a vast range of horses from hunt horses to happy hackers. They are thoughtful throughout the consultation and treatment of any horse all with great outcome.

He was great and extremely informative with regard to the horse vetting and X-rays when we spoke over the phone. He was extremely professional and gave a lot of clarity on the day to the unfortunate findings. Would definitely use again.

We have been with St George’s Veterinary Centre for a number of years. We changed to this practice after we were unhappy with our previous vets. Emily and her team were a breath of fresh air in the treatment of our little Mopsy. Sadly we had to let Mopsy go a couple of weeks ago, Emily and team were so compassionate at looking after us and Mopsy. I cannot thank them enough at such a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I couldn't recommend St George's enough. Emily and her team are caring and compassionate and we've never had any problems in seeking an appointment when needed. We first registered at St Georges with our cat as we were after a second opinion and the level of care we received at the time was outstanding. We have remained with the practice who have since cared for our dog, Crumble.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Amery Farm vets. We’ve recently been seeing Rita at the Grayshott clinic and are delighted with the quiet, gentle, confident care she has given to our dogs. She takes time to explain any problems, medication and treatments. Annadean at the Bordon clinic is also excellent at giving advice, explanations and treatment in an upbeat and confident way. The receptionists at both these clinics are friendly, efficient and very good at remembering the patients and their owners! Over more than 25 years our dogs have received first class treatment and gentle, calm end-of-life care at all three Amery Farm clinics.

My first visit to this practice, and it was very positive. My very elderly collie was afforded lots of attention and I really appreciated that. The vet was very thorough and helpful, and the receptionist then helped me lift him in the car. Ambleside have been very supportive as we've been settling in our new rescue dog. We've called up twice with concerns and on both occasions we were seen that same day. Our dog quickly seemed at ease in the clinic and with Peggy, who gave us lots of helpful advice including follow up emails. All the staff here are amazing. So caring and considerate. I have always got an appointment when I have needed it and most of the time within the same day. Peggy the vet is so lovely and kind. She explains everything in detail and will always give you the best options for your pets. They are honest and reliable. Outstanding service from a first class team at Knaphill Vets. We'd been looking for a local vet to spay our 12 month Sprocker so visited first as it's a new practice in the area. Chief vet Alfie couldn't have been more helpful, he carefully explained the procedure and gave us a tour of their immaculate and well equipped practice as well as introducing us to some of his team. He also outlined the cost which was followed up by email. Impressed by their professionalism and genuine care for their charges we booked her in for 10 days later as it suited us. On the day everything went perfectly just as Alfie had outlined, we were kept fully informed by message and by phone as well as a couple of reassuring pics of our happy and comfortable girl. We took her home later the same day with a little after-care package and now barely 24 hours later she's almost back to her crazy self! Unrivalled service and care and so happy we found Knaphill Vets - just wish we could give them 6 stars! Thanks Alfie and team !!

My first visit today, all the staff are so lovely and the vet was so patient with me and my dog Layla. She’s super nervous and gets really stressed at the vets and everyone made a lot of fuss of her and made us both feel really comfortable as going to the vets is very stressful for us both as she freaks out. i can not speak more highly of the service & care received from Rowly House Vets on the 26/9/24. My Betty had ripped her claw out and was in a great amount of pain and discomfort but Rowlys managed to not only fit us in for an assessment but carried out the required procedure that very morning! Our Vet Hollie was lovely and Great with Betty who can be a touch Nervous at the Vets. Superb customer experience and i have now found a new local Vet. Thank you.

Had to rush my puppy to Kingswood Vets 5 minutes before they closed as he couldn’t open one of his eyes. They saw him straightaway. Nicola was amazing - Zion adores her. We have had outstanding care and support from this veterinary practice. We rescued our dog, Lenci, about 8 months ago and she has unfortunately had several issues in this time frame. With every health issue Kingswood vets has gone above and beyond with her care. You can tell how much they care about the animals. Reception is very friendly, welcoming and always gives Lenci a big fuss and some treats. We have primarily been seen by Emily who is absolutely brilliant. Emily always provides the best service and is incredibly knowledgable and professional. One of the main health issues Lenci has had is in relation to her eyes and Emily did a fantastic job with her entropian surgery and this has massively improved Lenci’s quality of life! They are very reasonable and have always provided the best price possible whilst still giving fantastic support. Another plus is that Lenci actually looks forward to her vets visits knowing how much love she receives :)

I've brought my dog, Padfoot, here several times, and every visit has been excellent. The appointment availability is brilliant, and the staff always greet us warmly, making him feel comfortable and easing any anxiety (he or I might have).
