I’ve been a customer of all Vets for a while now with various animals. We have receptionists have always been pleasant understanding supportive the veterinary team that we’ve met so far. I’ve also been very good understanding and generally this tidiness to the place is always good and will continue to use all the Vets for several years to come no doubt, would recommend to friends nice practice on the new Queen Elizabeth Park as well .

I was initially disappointed with these vets, I've been using them for 15 years now and it used to be the best vets for miles when it was just Guy, but now they seem to have expanded and the customer care no longer exists. Initially was upset with the front office staff as I was quoted 2 different prices for the same product on two different calls, plus told I had an outstanding balance which I didn't. However I'm now changing my review as on Saturday Maxine called and sorted everything out for me, and today Caroline has called to apologise for the issues I had, so they have completely restored my faith and they are the best vets in the area still... thanks

I've brought my dog, Padfoot, here several times, and every visit has been excellent. The appointment availability is brilliant, and the staff always greet us warmly, making him feel comfortable and easing any anxiety (he or I might have). They take the time to listen, explain treatment options clearly, and make sure you feel confident in your pet’s care. I highly recommend this practice for both the great service and genuine care they show for your pet.

From the reception team to the veterinarians my gorgeous Daisy and I were made to feel so welcome. They gave great advice, were so gentle and caring towards my kitten and all round great. The areas were hygienic and I liked the idea of having a separate waiting area for cats and dogs. Thank you Kingswood Vets!

Had to rush my puppy to Kingswood Vets 5 minutes before they closed as he couldn’t open one of his eyes. They saw him straightaway. Nicola was amazing - Zion adores her. She explained what was wrong with him and provided treatment. So pleased he is registered at Kingswood and the treatment is working so far so good! Thank you for everything!

Best vets we have been registered too. Very genuine, caring, empathetic staff. Was registered with my previous staffy Wilma, she was treated with such love and care, which made us not think twice about registering our new staffy pup Dora. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Fantastic group of vets. Every time I need to use their services it’s always great. One of my dogs had surgery there and he was really well looked after, the nurses as well are fantastic. It feels like a friendly environment, vet Kloe as well is superb and really attentive Highly recommended

Dr.Douglas Hall is the vet who is professional,caring,and helpful. Our cat and dog is registered and we had our high and lows in terms of their health. The cape vet team always made us feel good and I highly trust them. Thanks a lot for your hard work and dedication.

Our first visit today I was pleased I chose this nice homely veterinary practice. Stephen was lovely he explained everything as he went along. Lulu my little Chug was a little nervous but Stephen was very gentle and made Lulu ( and myself) relax she even ate the little treat he gave her before we left the practice obviously checked if that was OK before giving it to her. Both my cats have been under these amazing vets for just over 10 years, and no words can describe how professional and understanding all the vets and staff have been towards my cats and us, especially a recent event on 13/12/2024 with our older cat who sadly was diagnosed with HF and I must say they really are amazing vets cannot thank them enough for there care of my cat and making us as a family feel not to anxious and giving us total understanding of the condition to the meds to payments so so helpful. Thank you all for your hard work & kindness and help. You truly are one amazing vet. 😊❤️

Olivia was my vet. Very friendly lady, treatment advised made a huge difference to my cats health. Knowledgeable and willing to try treatments to help. I have used Parkside over the last 25years and have always been helpful. Obviously costs are an issue but I know my animals are safe

My male cat had a problem urinating and he was in severe pain and discomfort. This vet practice fitted my cat in ASAP and the receptionist was very understanding and friendly. The vet was also so helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend this vets surgery. Thanks to the team for helping my cat Mcavity and making him better.

All the staff go above and beyond to ensure the animals in their care are looked after with professionalism and love. I can't praise the care highly enough. They have always respect the age and temprament of all our cats, and offered appropriate treatment. They have always explained any treatment or options available and answered our questions fully, however silly they may seem. I thank them all but especially Nicky who juggles the care of all my families cats with a smile.

Went today whilst stopping on the Horsley Camping and Caravan Club Site. Tbeybhave previously helped me whilst my Dog Tyler was under Fitzpatricks for chemo treatment . They supplied me with eye drops Fitzpatricks did not have and couldn't get for me in time despite previously supplying them for him . I called straight away as I needed and wanted Tyler to be seen as the hospital had not been in touch. Called and explained and they made Tyler an appointment with locum Jules. We were both given time and treated with respect and listened to. Tyler was throughly examined and listened to. Info that Fitzpatrick had given me was talked through in a no nonsense manner and I appreciated the honesty and knowledge offered. Reception lady whose name I forgot was great from the moment we arrived in the carpark this time and last. Tyler n3ver walks into a vets but did here and it made him and I so comfortable. It matters. I want to say thank you for making such a difficult time so much easier and painless for us both. It will be remembered dearly for ever. Thank you kindly. Please pass this on. We live in Sheffield and travel to the caravan site to have a base for Tyler's treatment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts . Eliot and Tyler X

Caroline is a truly wonderful vet! After a poor experience there last year, I switched to Caroline and have not looked back since. She is all about your pet and everything that's in his/ her best interest. She is so reassuring and explains everything very clearly. The nurses and receptionists are all brilliant too.

I've always had first class service from Ash Barn Vets, the staff are wonderful. They know me and Margot and that Margot hates being at the vet but they treat her with professionalism and kindness. I usually get to see the same vet who's fantastic but if I don't, I've still received excellent treatment.

after bringing in my leopard gecko in, Nicola was an amazing help! She was lovely; really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I had brought my leopard gecko in for a second opinion after getting some advice from another local vet who didn’t seem as knowledgeable as they claimed. I should have come straight here instead, now I know exactly where to go in the future. Nicola was not only a perfect vet at appointments, but she was really responsive to emails, being very vigilant, knowledgeable and helpful even before booking an appointment. I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was well worth praising and I will be going back if ever I need to! Of course I can only speak my experience with Nicola, but if she’s anything to go by, the vets at this practice seem to really care about their patients and their owners - they love and care deeply for animals, from your regular pets like cats and dogs, to rabbits, rodents and reptiles, it’s so blatant in how eager they are for the animals best care!

My kitten had to be put down today and it was the most heartbreaking experience of my life. Night shift worker called “Summer” in front desk reception was the most compassionate, caring and kind person towards me and other pet owners who were there. Her kinds words will stay with me forever during this difficult time and she is an exceptional and incredibly member of vets now. I highly recommend vets now service because they care for the animals with utmost care and compassion as well as family members of the pet too

I really rated the friendliness and expertise of the vets and nurses. I believe my cat Duchess got the best care possible. The only issue I have is that the pricing is high and also I’m to pay additional admin fees for them to work with my insurance. I feel that’s just a bit of an extra hustle given the amount spent.

We were seen by an excellent vet who went out of his way to ensure my cat was as comfortable as possible until we could see our regular vet the following day. The Guildford practice is a lovely cat-friendly environment. If you have to use an out of hours vet I can recommend this service.

We brought our little chihuahua Bella to you on Saturday 14th September where she was diagnosed with heart disease. They were absolutely amazing with her and she was so happy and comfortable in their care which was overnight , scans and injections. The lovely veterinarian was Robyn and we cannot thank her enough for her time, care and kindness to us and Bella at this hard time. Thank you.
