I can't thank the Livestock clinic enough (and in particular Laura). I had a silkie hen not acting like herself and brought her into the practice the same day as calling. My poor hen turned out to be quite sick with an infection. With the medication and advice she made a full recovery and is back to being herself again.

I can’t speak highly enough about this practice, very professional, knowledgeable about pigs, kind and caring. Jane arranged the visits and knew exactly what we required with regards to vaccinations etc Ollie, the vet, was on time and the appointments went very smoothly. Being new pig owners, he was happy to answer all our questions and guidance on pig management. Big thank you to this great team.

If I was my dog this is where I would choose to go! The staff are lovely - the receptionists are warm and welcoming and the vets and nurses are really amazing - they listen and attend to both the patient and the owner. I have found that they always give options and are understanding - there is no pressure. Their response to my calls is always prompt and my last visit was for a nail torn almost out - they were very caring and after taking it out, wrapped it all up. They also trimmed his other nails.

From a friendly welcome at the desk, to wonderful professional vet attention during appointments. Would not hesitate to recommend. I hear lots of feedback from may other people too, who live in my local area.

Alfie is the kindest, most caring and Empathetic Vet we have ever had to deal with. All the staff at the practice were absolutely amazing at a very difficult time for us with our poorly cat. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thankyou for everything you did for our precious Mysty right up to the end and for supporting us with so much compassion.

My first visit today, all the staff are so lovely and the vet was so patient with me and my dog Layla. She’s super nervous and gets really stressed at the vets and everyone made a lot of fuss of her and made us both feel really comfortable as going to the vets is very stressful for us both as she freaks out. The vet we saw had great knowledge and had plenty of time for us which is what my nervous girl needs! Thankyou !

Greeted by a friendly receptionist and our precious cat was seen by a very compassionate vet, named Alfie. He was extremely thorough and explained all our options well. Not our usual surgery but it will be moving forward. Can't recommend their services enough.

Couldn't ask for better care for my dog. The whole team at the vets was quick to respond to an emergency with my dog and made me feel completely at ease. She was definitely in the best hands! They kept me updated the whole time whilst she had to stay in (and gave her plenty of attention too). Thank you for being so wonderful.

Outstanding service from a first class team at Knaphill Vets. We'd been looking for a local vet to spay our 12 month Sprocker so visited first as it's a new practice in the area. Chief vet Alfie couldn't have been more helpful, he carefully explained the procedure and gave us a tour of their immaculate and well equipped practice as well as introducing us to some of his team. He also outlined the cost which was followed up by email. Impressed by their professionalism and genuine care for their charges we booked her in for 10 days later as it suited us. On the day everything went perfectly just as Alfie had outlined, we were kept fully informed by message and by phone as well as a couple of reassuring pics of our happy and comfortable girl. We took her home later the same day with a little after-care package and now barely 24 hours later she's almost back to her crazy self! Unrivalled service and care and so happy we found Knaphill Vets - just wish we could give them 6 stars! Thanks Alfie and team !!

We hadn’t had the best experience with vets in the local area, as they weren’t very great when handling our Italian greyhound which led to improper checks etc. However, then we found Voo it’s been refreshingly vastly different and we appreciate the whole team here for making their vets a safe space for our little pooch! He’s still building confidence with vets due to bad experiences elsewhere before but the Voo team are patient, give him lots of love, and have been able to help with getting Moose on course with being very healthy for a very long time! We appreciate their ethos and efforts to date, and are so glad we found them. Thanks team Voo - from us and Moose! :)

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

Sadly, our gorgeous 17 year old cat, Munchkin, had to be sent to cat heaven today as she was extremely poorly due to a mass found in her bladder, which was diagnosed by David at The Guildford Vet when we sought a second opinion from him after we weren’t confident about former vet’s diagnosis (which it turns out we were right to question). I cannot express in words how professional, caring, understanding and empathetic everyone is at The Guildford Vet! From the moment I called to ask if we could seek a second opinion from them Kim on reception was amazingly kind and ensured we got registered with them straight away and got an immediate appointment for us with David. At such an emotional and sad time David, Kim and all the team at The Guildford Vet were so very kind and understanding and treated our Munchkin so tenderly - as heartbreaking as it is, we are so grateful her last moments were in their hands. Thank you to David, Kim and all the team for being the lovely people you are who, without a shadow of a doubt, genuinely care for the cherished family pets of your clients.

The Guildford Vet is the best vets I've ever used. They are kind and considerate people with a huge love for animals. I brought my cat to see the vets here due to something happening during emergency hours and I've previously had a bad experience using out of hours vets like VetNow so wanted to find something better. The team at the Guildford Vets took amazing care of Poddy, let me visit whenever I was missing him (he was in with them for a couple of weeks) and they gave me regular updates at the start and end of each day because I was very concerned about my little man. Unfortunately, Poddy didn't make it through his bout of illness but I know the vets did everything they could for him and cared for him as one of their own. They took great care of him in his death as they did in his life and I thank them deeply for everything they did. It's taken me a while to write this review as it is a difficult topic to write about but I hope it's good enough to convince at least one person who is looking for a vets to choose these guys - they are most likely everything you are looking for.

Took their time with my boy today, reception staff even came to see him and ease his nerves and then the vet was amazing, didn't rush us at all and took the time to get to know my bull breed and winning him over as he was very nervous. Nice to have vets that aren't scared of bull breeds and don't have crazy prices. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My hollie dog went in after going off her food. She had a lump in her gut and was really not well. The guys at hunters lodge were so lovely and looked after her. Now to say my Hollie is perticular is an under statement, she loves me..... And tennis balls, and that's about it, so the guys had their work cutout. When they found she had scoffed 2 silicone cupcake wrappers they rushed her In and operated.....while I cried like a baby. She is on the mend now and I am so happy. Thank you guys so much for being caring, considerate of Hollies ability of being a huge drama queen.... And hugely great at your job. You saved my beautiful nutcase. I'm forever grateful ☺️

Friendly, kind, accurate, family-like vets - brilliant! We have used Hunters Lodge for the last 9 years since our rescue dog was a pup, and they are quite simply, fantastic. We are treated almost as family, everyone is so friendly and kind, the vets, the nurses, all the staffing team are caring and gentle, they absolutely love the animals and it shows in everything they do. Our dog has gotten himself into some ridiculous situations and the vets are thorough, calm, gentle and kind, exceedingly professional and knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help as best they can. They also have a vet that specialises in homeopathic veterinary care which is a wonderful option and has helped our dog with his car anxiety. They have a great set up whereby if your dog needs overnight emergency care they will send them to the Animal Hospital at Milford near Godalming who are also very helpful. Grant and his amazing team of vets, vet nurses and the lovely admin staff are second to none and frankly we wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I have been a client of Milford for a good 17+ years and it has always been lovely, and when I have taken my cats in recently I have no complaints. I just would really like it to return to being a full veterinary hospital with an out of hours service. That was the main reason I chose Milford, and throughout those 17+ years have had to use the out of hours service several times which was so helpful particularly in the case of accident requiring emergency treatment, if that happened now, I would have to pick up my cat from Milford if it had had to have treatment, transport it to Guildford, which would be a further traumatic situation for an ill animal. I am sure I am not alone in being a loyal customer but regrets the closure of this service of out of hours emergencies at Milford Veterinary hospital.
