When I had to have my cat Lucky put to sleep the staff were amazing. They showed us empathy and compassion and it was handled in a very dignified manner. It was the little touches like letting me holding her as she went and the fur clippings and paw and nose prints that added to the meaningfullness. They made a very traumatic time, easier than I'd of imagined. I have another cat, Roamie who is looked after by them and that won't be changing! Thank you, to you all !

Just like to give a big thank you to all the staff who were working on the 30th March 2024. I had to book an appointment to have my boy put to sleep as he was very ill. I could hardly talk when I phoned, the receptionist was so patient with me and got me in as soon as possible. The lady that dealt with us, I didn't get her name, I was a bit oblivious to what was going on to be honest. She was so kind, helping in anyway, she even said she'd wait for my son and daughter as they wanted to be there. I've never lost a pet in this way before, so it was a new experience for me. I took my 1 year old lab for a checkup due to her breathing. She’s an extremely nervous dog and always has been, she’s currently in training. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so patient with us. Our first visit, we couldn’t even get near the vet without my pup being terrified, after speaking further with the staff, we figured out a way to have the consultation. Such amazing and sweet staff and I really appreciate how much they helped us. We’ve been with many vets, yet this is by far the best. Most vets wouldn’t have wanted to see us again. The only way we got a happy tail wag was when my pup noticed the teddies they had on display, I can confirm their teddies are worth buying too! They are super helpful, if you also have a nervous pup, I called up to explain and spoke to them in advance. I definitely recommend! (As you’ll see in the photo, she was extremely happy with her teddy)

We had to take our cat Molly as an emergency this weekend. It's not our regular vet, but they were excellent in every way.They got us an appointment quickly ,were very welcoming and very thorough and caring with Molly.Thank you very much, Vet Vicky ,and Nurse Danielle and team.
