Every time I visit this vets the person on the desk is always so jolly and smiley. The vet and nurses are very caring and professional. Rusty had a grass seed in his ear and was very uncomfortable, the professionals at the vets made him feel at ease and made him feel better very quickly. Great service.

My dog Rufus has had several bad experiences at other vet clinics and hated going. Over last few months I've been visiting here on an almost daily basis, just to get him used to the place and the people. The staff are wonderful and always make a fuss of Rufus and take time out to make him feel special Whilst not still not keen on being touched he pulls to go into the vets and spend a happy few minutes staring at the fish tank and getting some treats. Today, Rufus was happy to let Aiz, the head vet, stroke his head whilst giving him treats, what a breakthrough Thank you to everyone
