They provided excellent assistance with the health certificate we needed for traveling abroad, and the process was top-notch. They took the time to explain every detail of Felix's treatment and answered all our questions thoroughly. Felix is always treated with kindness and attention, which puts our minds at ease. Myself and my partner recently lost our first fur baby, Rodney the hamster. Kriek and Gibson have been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process, treating all of us, including Rodney, with immeasurable respect and sensitivity. We are forever thankful that the staff at Kriek and Gibson allowed Rodney’s last moments to be safe and full of comfort.

This practice is one of a kind. As “mum” to two beautiful doggies I’ve had a terrible time the last 3 weeks with both my boys falling ill. I have been a nervous wreck and phoned them and visited so often. Tania has been so patient with me and so kind to my boys and they r thankfully both on the mend. Even the receptionists have been so understanding and caring I’m so greatful to all they have done xxx thank you so very much everyone who have been so kind and made my boys better xx couldn’t recommend enough

It's the best Vet surgery in whole area. Everyone is always very nice and kind. Doctor Tanya(I hope I spell properly) is just amazing! She is always taking care about all the pets and explaining everything in easy language to the clients! Thank you very much guys! You are simply the best:)

Dealt with the loss of our pet with respect and care. Even once our little one had passed on, we still heard from them with cards and even a paw print that we never asked for, but are very grateful for. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone at the vets.
