We are very grateful to Simon and the nursing staff for the care given to our beloved cat Cuchito. Simon helped us find ways to manage her progressing kidney disease and cared for her until the last moment. The vets and reception staff at this practice are caring, knowledgeable and empathic. I strongly recommend Weybridge Veterinary Centre.

So kind, caring, knowledgeable and gentle with our nervous little Ruby. I have seen both Simon and Yahsen for different appointments both are wonderful.

I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.

Changed vet practice recently to Bradbury Veterinary Care and i am so pleased i did. They are so caring with the animals & obviously very knowledgable & competent. Exceĺlent service & care. Can't recommend them enough

David has been our vet for over 15 years and during that time has always given the highest level of care to our pets. David and his wife, Senka, provide a mobile veterinary service which was invaluable to us during Covid. They now have new premises in Epsom, where they recently treated our very nervous cat. David and Senka were incredibly professional and patient, ensuring our cat felt comfortable and reassured throughout the treatment. We would highly recommend Bradbury Veterinary Care.

Took our German Shepard there. Very good very calm with him. Put a muzzle on him like it was nothing and he had absolutely no issues with it. Can’t praise Emily the vet high enough. Really good service

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

I had to visit Oak Barn vets after an incident with a dog I was looking after. They are excellent, helpful, caring and very reassuring. The environment is welcoming and not clinical. I highly recommend.

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

This waas my first visit to the practice as normally someone else takes Bernie for her appointments. Very welcoming practice with busy but helpful staff. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

If I was my dog this is where I would choose to go! The staff are lovely - the receptionists are warm and welcoming and the vets and nurses are really amazing - they listen and attend to both the patient and the owner. I have found that they always give options and are understanding - there is no pressure. Their response to my calls is always prompt and my last visit was for a nail torn almost out - they were very caring and after taking it out, wrapped it all up. They also trimmed his other nails.

It was my first visit with my rescue pup and I was welcomed and made to feel at ease straight away. Every member of staff that we met were friendly and supportive. Cannot recommend enough!

An excellent vet practice used by myself, friends and family for many years. The standard of service and professional attention is something to hold on to. From a friendly welcome at the desk, to wonderful professional vet attention during appointments. Would not hesitate to recommend. I hear lots of feedback from may other people too, who live in my local area.

My first experience with this vet, and am very impressed. Caring staff and vet, and they did a tremendous amount to naturally keep our kittens calm. Based on this one experience, would definitely recommend

I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. I cannot recommend this vets enough. They were recommended to me back in 2010 when we had our first rescue staffie called Annie who loved going to Blackberry vets. Sadly she passed so we have adopted another rescue who isn’t so keen to visit Blackberry due to her anxiety so we are going to book some socialiation visits.

I have had nothing but a positive experience from Blackberry vets in my 15 years as a dog owner. Friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate staff who love the animals. I have never had any issues obtaining an appointment when required, plenty of parking and lovely surroundings. Very happy to recommend.

Has been great bringing my puppy to Blackberry, they've made her happy to visit the vets, suggested we bring her when she doesn't need it so she gets used to it not being scary. reception staff give her a fuss and a treat if they're free.

I have used this vets for many years and cannot thank you enough for today's visit with my 16 yr old jack Russell s visit.. helped so much with advice of keeping a quality of life assessment as old age has kicked in big time😩 However I now realise ..much more fun to be had with our lovely pup and more time than I thought to love him more!!!

That was my first time visit to the practice, and it was good first impression. Everyone is lovely, friendly, polite and professional. My pets were well attended. I especially loved online booking system. It was fast and easy to use. I look forward to a long-term relationship with this practice.

We attended the practice for a second opinion. I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by Andy, at Banstead Village Surgery. From the moment we walked in, the reception team was welcoming and friendly (which is very rare nowadays). Andy took time to go through everything in detail, and making sure my pet felt comfortable and at ease throughout the visit.

My dog was hit by a car, and we drove directly to this practice. They acted immediately and professionally like a priority A&E casualty, as you would hope they would in that situation. I felt like a priority and was treated perfectly. They saved my dog!

This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. This practice is one of a kind. As “mum” to two beautiful doggies I’ve had a terrible time the last 3 weeks with both my boys falling ill. I have been a nervous wreck and phoned them and visited so often. Tania has been so patient with me and so kind to my boys and they r thankfully both on the mend. Even the receptionists have been so understanding and caring I’m so greatful to all they have done xxx thank you so very much everyone who have been so kind and made my boys better xx couldn’t recommend enough

Dealt with the loss of our pet with respect and care. Even once our little one had passed on, we still heard from them with cards and even a paw print that we never asked for, but are very grateful for. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone at the vets.

I've been bringing my black Labrador, Felix, to Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for the past two years, and my wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care he has received. The team is consistently professional and compassionate, making both Felix and us feel at ease. They provided excellent assistance with the health certificate we needed for traveling abroad, and the process was top-notch. They took the time to explain every detail of Felix's treatment and answered all our questions thoroughly. Felix is always treated with kindness and attention, which puts our minds at ease. The clinic is clean and well-organized, contributing to an overall positive experience. We highly recommend Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for their exceptional care and dedication.

Myself and my partner recently lost our first fur baby, Rodney the hamster. Kriek and Gibson have been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process, treating all of us, including Rodney, with immeasurable respect and sensitivity. We are forever thankful that the staff at Kriek and Gibson allowed Rodney’s last moments to be safe and full of comfort.

I love this vet practice, it's so very hard to find an independent practice that is not part of a huge group. The staff are so friendly and will do everything they can to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, I can't praise them enough

I couldn't recommend St George's enough. Emily and her team are caring and compassionate and we've never had any problems in seeking an appointment when needed. We first registered at St Georges with our cat as we were after a second opinion and the level of care we received at the time was outstanding. We have remained with the practice who have since cared for our dog, Crumble.

We used to take our loved Kazan with Dr Emily Thompson. She always knew or found any problem or condition and always right medication and recomendations. Excellent experience always and totally recommended.

We have been with St George’s Veterinary Centre for a number of years. We changed to this practice after we were unhappy with our previous vets. Emily and her team were a breath of fresh air in the treatment of our little Mopsy. Sadly we had to let Mopsy go a couple of weeks ago, Emily and team were so compassionate at looking after us and Mopsy. I cannot thank them enough at such a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

The Vet checking my cat was efficient and thorough during the appointment. She also gave me good advice on how to care for Katie. Thank you.

Ejaz is an amazingly kind, caring & competent vet. Both of my cats absolutely love him ... praise indeed as they're usually not best pleased to be taken to the vets. Reception staff & vet nurses very nice too.

Medivet Epsom is a lovely clinic. All members of staff and kind and professional and I feel my pets have the best care there.

Fabulous Lovely people, kind and thoughtful with my circumstances and when I had an emergency and called the other branch by accident! Highly recommended to all animal owners
