All my Family that have or have had pets, have used this Veterinary practice. They are always professional and the Staff are friendly and will listen to us Owners to get our views on the care and treatment of our pets. They also offer an annual membership Healthy PetScheme which can make regular worming and de-fleaing etc, a little cheaper.

The staff are always friendly, helpful and nothing is too much. They have been amazing with my dog and have gone over and above to ensure she is well. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you

The whole team at Wigmore Vets couldn't have been more helpful. The Vet Lydia understood our cat's problem and dealt with it professionally. She explained the treatment plan clearly. Five stars simply isn’t enough. My two dogs have been in their care for many years and I can genuinely say I trust them whole heartedly with my pets to give them the highest level of care. Their expertise, care and compassion is evident. I highly recommend this experienced team.

Great team. Markus and Michael are very good and always gave their honest opinions, not just as vets but as owners. When I lost my little pup unexpectedly Markus was absolutely amazing and showed so much compassion.

Amazing staff , receptionists are always warm and welcoming , the vets Richard, Harriet and Alex have all been amazing with all our animals ( MAINLY BEARDED DRAGONS) , as we rescue them we do t always get the good news we want to hear but all staff here are always there for a hug 🫂. All I can say is thank you all so much for what you do and your lovely condolence cards we receive. Highly recommend Trinity vets 😊😊.

I have visited Trinity Vet Centre several times and they always provide such a fantastic service. The staff on reception are always incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. Also, the Surgeons, Nurses and Assistants are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I can see why so many people travel such large distances to visit Trinity Vet Centre, as they have such a fantastic reputation - I can see why. Vets are nice and treated me and my tortoise really well, always had a pleasant experience with them, apart from today. After telling the receptionist I was there to drop off my tortoise to be cremated, she proceeded to say "Perfect, which plan are you choosing for the cremation?!" With the cheeriest of voices. Surely she could have followed with an "I'm so sorry" or something like that, but no. It was extremely transactional, she didn't even say anything remotely nice to a person who was on the verge of crying because her pet passed away. I wasn't happy coming here, and I'm leaving a bit worse.

I can’t speak highly enough about this vet practice. Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Nurses and vets are caring and provide the best advice and five star treatment. I wouldn’t take my dog Nellie anywhere else. The most genuine place.

Nurse was brilliant (Kelly) spoke to and reassured my cat. Didn’t hear all day so was concerned and very expensive! More help and support needed for oaps

really really nice people who genuinely care about our animal companions. helped me with an injured dog who got beat up. calmed me down and showed me how to help him. thank you from the bottom off my heart.xx

As always a fabulous visit to Lakeview Vets in Deal, Kent. Eva, the vet I usually see listened and advised a plan to help my cat Lily's problem. Lily-lu was not stressed, even purred and we came home happy and relaxed. Thank you.

We had our first visit at eagle vets yesterday I did pop in morning to set cats up to plan so got to meet Jack before our appointment who's was very down to earth and happy answering questions when we had our appointment he had cuddles with simba I've not felt so at ease with a vets in many years so thank you Jack reception were very helpful also I just want to say it's been hard to trust some vets and yesterday made me trust vets again we have 6 cats 2 dogs and I will be moving rest over to this vets as they make us feel comfortable nothing is to much and I know I can ask alot of questions thanks again Sharon

Fantastic service, from the receptionist and Natalie the vet, looked after my very poorly dog with such compassion. Highly recommend them.

Big thank you to vets Vicky and Johan, and the entire team for looking after our lovely boy over the last weekend. We were shown exceptional care and compassion, we were kept informed about our cat’s progress. Yes, very pricey, but we understand that the staff work nights and weekends, rent cost etc. Thank you team!

We were seen promptly on a Sunday night and vet took full care of our dog. All very attentively, patiently and kindly. Great reassurance and really appreciate the immediate assistance.

My dog ingested a lot of seaweed and was rushed to the practice and my dog would not allow the vets to examine her but they did everything possible considering the behaviourof my dog stella i was give advice and some pro kolin paste and i think it has helped i cant thank the staff enough thank you especially the lady that first triaged my dog i do apologise and thank you

First class! We have been coming here for nearly 5 years and would not consider going elsewhere. We always come away feeling assured and confident of the care and advice provided. All of the staff are excellent and a they do not push or suggest treatment for the sake of it. Communication is always spot on and they are always easy to get hold of by telephone or email. Dexter loves and I mean loves this vets i take him and he's eager to go through the door , Frenchie very vocal lol and they are so good with him! I wouldn’t go no where else! This is a great, friendly practice. It’s reasonably easy to get an appointment, there’s always been parking available and you don’t have to wait around for ages. I first visited with a friend and immediately changed from my previous practice, as the vibe was so good. Even my dog likes it!

Lovely vets. All the staff are so kind & caring. Our Addison's rescue dog is terrified of the vets, but the team are so great with her (especially Emily & Alex!) & I'm sure she realises they saved her, after a recent Addison's crisis. Great team!
