Bought my dog in unregistered and unannounced under an emergency with a piece of bone stuck in her mouth. They quickly sedated her and sorted it out. The price was really reasonable considering it was an emergency and they had to put all other patients on hold. The vet and all reception staff was so caring and helpful in a Horrible situation they couldn’t have been better and I would hesitate to return or recommend.

Without doubt the best vets in the area, by a long way. We have been coming here since 2020 when my cat needed an operation - with Claire’s excellent care she is now still in perfect health - another vet practice told me to have her put down! Moira and Kim on reception are both lovely, very kind and friendly both on coming in and leaving, and very helpful on the phone. Claire is by far the best vet we have ever visited, excellent thorough advice and explains things really clearly but also so warm and friendly. Always have fantastic service here and wouldn’t go anywhere else

This veterinary surgery is the best I have ever been to. They genuinely care about the animals they treat and did everything they could to make my dear Gizmo better. They also were very supportive, thightful and empathetic to myself, along with treating him with utmost care and respect. This is how i wish all vets were.

My pet was recently referred to Anderson Moores and had emergency and will have on-going treatment there. It’s really hard to entrust him to people I’ve only met once (even if they are fully qualified vets and the best possible people to help him)! But the care and treatment he received was speedy and so caring. All staff have been fantastic with me too. Great care taken to explain things to me. Importantly to me, the liaison with my local veterinary practice has been brilliant so I can be sure my pet continues to get the best possible care from both practices and everyone has current notes. The atmosphere at Anderson Moores is very calm, a massive help at a time of distress.

Exceptional care for my dog Eddie by truly knowledgable specialists. Eddie was referred in the middle of the night and after a two hour journey to Winchester I was welcomed by Eliana, Jorge and the clinical team who immediately jumped into action. Their care for my dog and concern for my piece of mind has been unmatched from specialists to front desk to nurses. I highly recommend Anderson Moores, in case of urgent care. We have an almost 2 year old American Bulldog Gus, who has just had TPLO surgery, I cannot praise Anderson Moores enough for their service, from the initial consultation with Maria who spent nearly an hour explaining what she surgery entailed, how she would do it and the recovery process we were instantly put at ease, she was clear, concise and above all kind, the professionalism, empathy and kindness shown to us and Gus throughout has been amazing. Juan Carlos too has been amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the recovery process now, and is a long road ahead but feel we are In the best hands, at no time have we been made to feel a nuisance with the endless worries and questions we've posed, top notch service, top notch vets, admin team and nurses. A great practice 👌

Passing through on holiday, and my dog developed an infected wound after a recent operation. We contemplated cutting our trip short but this kind and helpful vets practice squeezed us in for an urgent appointment, contacted our own vets for our dogs extensive history(!), dispensed antibiotics as well as fab advice on a whole host of things including walking routes and campsites! People of Lymington are lucky to have such a fab vet practice on their doorstep. Thank you!

I've been going to this vets with our old lady of a cat for almost 18 years and every time I'm impressed with the level of care and time taken to explain the options. They even have a cat friendly "quiet dog free zone" in the waiting area for scaredy cats. Would highly recommend to all 👍

Our puppy Chase had an overnight stay at Stokewood vets and I cannot tell you how thankful I am for all the wonderful staff, especially Adrian. It is a privilege to have Chase at Stokewood. All of you did your best for him and provided high quality care and love for our Chase and I cannot thank you enough for that. These challenging times are hard for everyone but I am so appreciative for all of the staff members as it is no different for all of you doing your day to day job at the very best you can for all the pets that come your way. So thank you. I am so glad we have gone with this vets and from the bottom of my heart am so pleased with the care you gave my puppy and will forever be thankful for it. It is so surreal with everything going on but for these amazing staff members it is no different seeing as they are still working. I am so grateful their are people like all of you in these world. Everyone at Pennington and New Milton are fantastic. My Max was very poorly not that we knew at the time and his care was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Forest lodge have looked after Max since he was a puppy andi would never go anywhere else. All the staff are friendly and accommodating and Max is very comfortable when he is there

Wanted to mention and thank Seadown Vet Shafak for being so thorough in looking after our beloved cat Munchie. After several weeks of issues with a non- healing wound to his tail Shafak managed to find the cause..a broken tooth that had caused a mouth abcess. It would appear this caused Munchie to start attacking his tail to distract from his painful mouth. It is thanks to Shafak Munchie is finally on the mend. Our pug had to have an emergency operation due to an ulcer on her eye. She was seen the very next day after a referral from our vets. All of the staff from the surgeon to the receptions were brilliant. I was very worried about our dog as well as claiming on insurance for the very first time. They made me feel at ease, explained all options and gave clear instructions for her recovery. Can’t thank everyone enough!

We was on a short break in the new forest when our dog’s kneecap came out he was in pain & we didn’t know where to go, I googled Seadown Vet group in Lymington as we had no signal we drove there on Saturday morning hoping to be seen. The minute we arrived we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who took all our details & was seen within 10 minutes by the lovely vet Claire, she had time for us explained everything but most importantly worked her magic & got our dog out of pain. There were no out of hours fees to pay as they were open, we can’t praise the care given to us enough by these 2 special ladies on what was a stressful time away from home.
