A great vet practice, the owner Stephen is very caring and helpful, the weekend call out charge was not cheap, but acceptable and within 15 minutes of the call was back at the vetcall chingford surgery to deal with my injured dog. All the vets and staff are really nice to both pets and owners.

I can't say enough great things about Vetcall whom I have been with for over 10 years. From the moment we walk in, the staff are warm and welcoming, making both me and my pet feel comfortable. The veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure all my questions are answered as im a bit dim ! What really stands out is their genuine care for animals—they treat my dog as if she were their own. I was recently hospitalised for a very serious medical condition and called to cancel my dogs appointment for the following day as i would not have been able to take my dog for her monthly treatment but after speaking to Zoe (someone who is extraordinary at the best of times) she arranged for a home visit. I cannot express my gratitude to the entire team for their compassion and kindness, 'we' are not just pounds and pennies walking through their door, we are treated with such kindness and compassion something you do not experience at many vetanerian practises I would highly recommend VetCall to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!

Fantastic service and knowledge from the beginning 12 years ago for my then tiny kitten. A shame we have moved away. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone there. A really great team, that I and my cat will miss. Thank you for all your help.

The best, supportive, knowledgeable, professional and empathetic vets. Our lovely Pickle was misdiagnosed by her previous vet and we took her to Vetcall for a second opinion. They took one look at her and knew something else was wrong and we had a treatment plan immediately and diagnosis within a day. It was unclear if she’d survive the week, but with Vetcall’s excellent support she was able to carry on for 4 more months with advanced kidney disease. When we had to make the hard decision to put her down, Olive, who had been the vet we’d seen throughout, carried out the procedure, which we appreciated for the complete continued support. The reception staff were very empathetic and sensitive, allowing us to wait in a private room. Vetcall were kind enough to send us a condolence card signed by the team, which was very touching. I cannot say enough good things about the Vetcall team and we are so appreciative of everything they did for our Pickle.
