Jill was so kind as to fit me in for my kitten to come and have a health check and her first vaccination this evening. They weren't taking new patients and despite me getting confused when asked if I had a vet (my kitten didn't but my older cat did, so I said no) they were very patient, kind, and understanding. Jill provided me with great advice when it comes to insuring my cats and I am so very grateful to the practice for fitting me in this evening and booking my lovely girl in to be spayed in a few weeks' time.

Jaffa's is an amazing vets. Sarah and Pete are fantastic and really go the extra mile. My cat has been suffering for a long time from a chronic condition that has left many other vets scratching their heads, but Sarah and Pete went above and beyond to understand what was happening and set out a treatment plan, which is so far working well. The practice is also amazing, it is set up for cats to help keep them calm. My cat is particularly anxious and he hates going to the vets so this made our visits a lot less stressful - for both of us! And all of the team are lovely, really friendly and caring. I couldn't recommend Jaffa's more for your cat!

Jaffa is absolutely brilliant with my cats. Both my cats are FIV+ Jaffa keeps up to date with new studies and research on managing their health the best way possible and the overall health and comfort of cats in general. Staff are incredibly friendly and professional and take the time to fully listen to clients and explain things in a way that's easy to understand. The practice has an overall calm atmosphere, which I'm sure the cats appreciate a lot. It is warm and inviting and clearly well looked after by staff. Clients do not go into the medical room with their cats. However, you are able to sit and observe from a large window in a private seated room next to the medical room. I thought this was a bit strange at first, but from what I understand, it helps with stress and improves quality of service. I felt my boys were completely safe and in good hands. It was also interesting to watch them without me being present in the room. Brilliant Veterinary practice, highly recommended. 🖤
