We have three dogs and on Monday two of them decided to get hold and eat an entire pack of Nicotine Gum. This was between 6pm and 6.30pm and so we immediately called the Frimley Branch who informed us that we should bring the dogs in straight away but that they had an emergency coming already. We were therefore told to visit the Gordon road surgery. Staff were fantastic despite it being the end of a very busy day for them. Within minutes both dogs had injections to cause them to bring up everything they had eaten. This went on for about half an hour but the staff never gave the impression they were worried about time and were very kind in clearing up after our pooches. In addition to the emergency emptying we were given some charcoal medicine to add to their next feed. At just short of £400 for the two dogs it was worth every penny for the emergency care, compassion and service offered by all the staff.
We have always used Blackwater Valley Vets and this experienced has reinforced why they are the top dog of vets.
Excellent care and 100% highly recommend the team for your pets care.
