Very relieved to find that the nurse on duty had extensive knowledge of birds. Specialist help out of hours is hard to find. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Toni the African Grey is back to her old self

Rabbit in GI stasis. It was perhaps a quiet night, maybe 4 other clients, but Jakob saw us promptly, did a thorough check over, and was clearly used to handling and dealing with rabbits, which not all vets are. Quick treatment with medication, checked for possible causes, including teeth, to avoid repeat problems, so was sent home with a much improved rabbit, and medication for follow up care. £400, but that's a fair price for what was needed right then. Friendly and sympathetic receptionist too.

I can’t thank you all enough! Amazing staff, so caring. I Brought my daughters 1 year old bunny Winnie in as she wasn’t herself! Not eating or drinking. Was given the diagnosis that she had bloat (swelling of the intestines and stomach). This is fatal in bunnies. The vet gave her injections for pain relief and to help ease the stomach. I brought her home thinking the worst but after feeding her critical care, water and giving her lots of love she is now back to her normal stroppy self. Yes it was very expensive but worth every penny for us to have a happy daughter and healthy bunny. I know it’s early days but we will get her through this. Xx 2 weeks on and an update to say she’s doing amazing! Thank you again xx

Very positive experience. The staff clearly enjoy their job. They had great empathy and reassured us and explained everything at each step. We felt our pet had a positive experience and will still see a visit to the vet as a positive experience.

We used Vets Now in an emergency a few nights ago when our dog was poorly. All of the staff were fantastic, so caring and very knowledgeable. They helped to put us at ease and were so good with our dog, making sure that she wasn't stressed at such a challenging time. A huge thank you to the whole team, we highly recommend them.
