After registering our new kitten, which was very easy & made helpful by the staff, we unfortunately had to take him in due to not eating. I can’t thank everyone enough for their help & advice. So glad we chose these to look after our kittens well-being. Would highly recommend these guys.

I can't thank the staff enough at Vet Care Bolton. Our little dog has had various health issues since we got her but recently she has been having a really difficult period of ill health. The vets are kind and compassionate and as a pet owner I feel listened to. Nothing is too much work and they give brilliant advice. The nurses are wonderful as is Rosanne the brilliant Client Care Manager. What has been a really stressful time recently has been made much easier for us as a family as a result of the care provided by the staff at Vet Care. A positive review really doesn't cover how much I would recommend the practice.

Gordon did Surgery on my dog, 1 foot surgery that was done so perfectly and as healed amazing, and he not long after treated my dogs ear for a burst blood vessel. Its now healed and yet again another amazing job! I would not trust anybody else to do these producers on my dog! He truly is great, straight to the point, direct and clear. A credit to the industry! Thank you. 🙂

Visited today for the first time with my puppy from start to finish the service was excellent my puppy was at ease with his vaccination which I was worried about the lady vet called Reem was very professional and gave me lots of advice and was a lovely lady very pleased with our first visit

We’ve just brought in our senior cat, Tigga, and had an excellent experience. The Vet was lovely and has Tig’s best interests at heart, she also explained different options and the treatment process (Very helpful because I’m autistic). The receptionists were lovely too and got me registered and with an appointment 🐈 Thank you so much. Hugely recommend.

My sausage dog has been here twice, once with a sprained paw & sadly being run over on Christmas Day night. When we arrived on Christmas Day night, we ran in with our dog & the vet seen him straight away. Couldn’t of asked for a nicer vet & the reception staff. The reception staff were amazing and made us feel so much better. One reception lady even got the first aid kit to help my brother with his cut hands after the accident. Thanks to Pet Medics my dog was fine and sent him home with medication which he is now better. Thank you for amazing service from the vet & lovely reception lady’s on Christmas Day Night 💕 it was the last thing we expected but they made us feel so much better. 🙏✨

My spaniel had to be admitted for a couple of days as he had just been diagnosed with diabetes and was very poorly. All the staff were very professional and I was kept upto date with the situation very well. At discharge, the nurse spent time talking us through everything and teaching us how to administer injections. I cannot thank all the staff enough for the care they gave to Woody. He is now in a much better place than when he was admitted. Here he is with his sister keeping an eye on his progress 🐾🐾

Our gorgeous girl Pacha was horrendously attacked by another dog last Sunday and was at pet medics for 4 nights - which included a operation and 24 hour care , I cannot thank pet medics enough and I am so happy we went here as I had constant reassurance, the clinic was very clean, the staff loved her and everyone was so informative to all the questions I had. Special thankyou to Ruth & Ben the brilliant vets, Chloe on reception who I spoke to most of the time and always reassured me & Andrew most of all who made me feel so at ease and performed her surgery! PetMedics have been amazing ever since our cat had been referred for her skin issues and allergies. The staff are so lovely and really do care. Pixie is now on allergy medication but is still under review for steroids but her skin and her quality of life has improved so much already and we have her lovely vet Silvana to thank for this.🩷 You are amazing thanks for all your hard work x

This is my local vets which I have been taking my pets to for years. Staff are very helpful and caring and I know my pets are in safe hands. Update: Since posting my review I have moved but still take my two cats here. Stuart is an excellent vet and the nurses are very caring and friendly.

Had to take my fur baby less than a week ago to be told my baby's has cancer and it was touch and go of she would survive but the wonderful vets here saved her life and she recovering so well I can't thank you all enough you are my hero's ❤️

Amazing work these people do. I would have been lost without the rspca at times!! So me and my Wife recently got ourselves a kitten as my Wife is a Support worker and one of the ladies she was Supporting moved out and left kitten behind so we took her in. So we registered with Beech House vets and booked our kitten in for her jabs and to get her checked over, So I arrived half an hour early and so sat in the waiting room. Several minutes later I went, The vet was absolutely fantastic gave our kitten a full health check, weighed her and then gave her the first injection and had set up the next appointment in 4 weeks. Extremely professional, polite and friendly staff, The vets was extremely clean as you would expect, Vets can be expensive but I paid into a Kitten club where for £19.99 a month you get a health check up, first vaccination, second vaccination, microchipped and neutered. Honesty can praise Beech house vets enough we highly recommend Beech house vets. This is the only surgery I trust for the health and wellbeing of my 5 cats. I love Chad’s care and consideration for them and it’s very clear he is in the profession for the right reasons. Chad explains the health problem and the reasons behind them. He also explains the treatment. Best of all he makes my felines feel comfortable during the appointment by helping them to relax. I’ve never known a vet like him.

We had 2 Yorkshire Terriers many years ago. When we got our last dog and took on our dog when she passed, we knew the Vets and surprised to see 2 familiar faces that were still there. We would highly recommend them.

Everyone from reception staff to veterinary staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Treated my cat like he was one of their own. Very impressed and pleased with the service received. Signed up to the complete healthcare plan so no need to pay for vaccinations today as covered by the plan

We wish our dog would gave had her operation here they've been brilliant.... after care and great communication even came to our address to pick a dog walking aid up can't praise this place enough
