Hi everyone I would really recommend this company for any Roofing repairs. Felix spotted a damaged beam which he repaired but 2 other companies missed it. All the work was completed in the time I was told and they cleared the rubbish and swept up. The guys were friendly and polite. I need future work done and I will be getting them back in.

High Design did a great job replacing our roof from start to finish, within a week of contacting Felix he came out, priced the work, on agreement the scaffolding was up on the Friday and by the end of Monday the work was done. The lads were very efficient and professional and all the rubbish was taken away. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend

After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

Really impressed with Felix. He was super prompt with supplying a quote and getting round to get the work done on our chimney. It was competitive pricing and done quickly. I dealt with Ben Ryan on site and Antonia Ryan when I contacted the office. Both listened to my questions and concerns before answering. Everyone I dealt with with at Frank Ryan and Sons was knowledgeable, skilled, businesslike and easy to get on with. The quote. I was given a quote, not an estimate. And the final bill was what they quoted. The work. I got a complete reroof, chimney pointed, lead work, and gutter. I'm delighted with the quality of the work done. The Price. I don't like parting with money. But I think what I got was definitely worth what I paid. When looking at the price I considered these things. Cost of materials plus scaffolding, skip, etc. VAT. Cost of the actual work. And because I got a complete reroof, I can't ignore the value of the 10 year guarantee I received. In my opinion, my new roof was good value for money. The end result. I've got exactly what I wanted, a roof that I'm confident will stand the test of time. The whole experience was as stress free as getting new roof can be. Honestly cannot recommend this company enough , they did a fantastic work. The level of service was really good . Had a leak on my roof for 1 year spent thousands on other companies in Bradford . All took money did botch jobs like GRP on my roof or cement my roof . Stopping a temporary leak and when I tried calling them no answer excuses after excuses . That’s when I found frank ryan and sons . Called them gave me a quote fast and easy yes lead time was a bit long however when they did the job they did proper job . Was still leaking after the first job and second however their commitment to customer service is beyond my expectations they came over 7 times didn’t charge me a penny extra just to find the leak even spent 1 whole day . Now thanks to them my roof is finally repaired and no leaks whatsoever been over few months now with all these heavy rain , thank you to the team and Ben especially regards ,mohammed

Contacted Jason for a gutter leak problem. He came round for a look and provided a competitive quote for what was needed. Job was completed in a timely and professional manner. Absolutely fantastic, I called Simpson Denis Roofing Services on a Monday because I had a leak in my roof, he eased my nerves and told me somebody would be with me in a couple of days, on Thursday and gave a time of 09:00. As we had heavy rain, water actually started to appear on my ceiling, I called Denis first thing the next morning (Tuesday) and I was absolutely frantic with panic. He got one of his lads out that same morning to come have a look, and then within the next hour they were here with Ladders, sorted the hole in my roof. Couldn't ask for a better experience, good honest workmenship, would absolutely recommend.

Chris attended a tenanted property of mine to investigate the cause of a leak in both upstairs bedrooms. He arrived at the house when he said he would and provided videos and photos to show a new roof was needed. He attended the job when he said he would, provided photos on completion and then cleaned the windows and removed any final bits of debris once the scaffolding had been removed. Chris was quick to respond to messages and always ensured he let me know if he couldn't attend the property, rather than just not showing up. The price he provided was also very competitive.
