Great service provided with easy and prompt communication. The work was done within a few weeks and to a good standard, extra work was carried out with no extra costs. Pictures of the work was provided too. Would definitely recommend.

Both these qualities are so rare to see, it feels so comforting to deal with excellent Staff who are super friendly and clearly showed what fault I had with pictures and video's before and after and walked me through the equipment and materials they were using for the fix. I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. I will certainly be contacting them for further Roofing work.

Had a roof tile fly off during horrendous winds, and the friendly team at Yorkshire Roofing came round the very next day in the morning (even arrived early!) and rectified the issue and were able to get the fallen slate back in and ensured my roof was all good. I called Sam with a problem of our roof leaking causing internal damage to our restaurant in Leeds. Sam attended the same day to find the source of the leak. Not only did I receive a quotation the same day, he also organised and electrician to make the lights in the damaged area safe and a plasterer to secure before a permanent fix could be made. The works were completed to a very high standard and we have no further problems. I would highly recommend Sam for any roofing issues. Great work.

I called Sam to repair a badly fitted flat roof on my garden room. The original guys (John Stovin & Adam) tried on 4 occasions to repair their shoddy work but then disappeared, obviously beyond their capabilities. So Sam comes along that same week, quickly identified the problem areas and advises of options. Best option in my mind was a reroof and replace the rotten boards. The weather delayed the job but Sam was there all the time giving me the confidence that he hasn’t forgotten. The guys came and completed my roof in good time and tidied the site with respect to my garden space and property. He’s looked at my 88 yr old mum in laws flat roof and identified a leak as not being the roof but something else, Sam in my opinion, isn’t a rip off merchant and priced competitively. As important he hasn’t had to come back for any snagging. I would definitely recommend Sam and Newlay Roofing.

He and his team were very pleasant and worked hard, finished the job on time and left everything near and tidy. We would certainly have Action Roofing again to carry out any roofing repairs.

Incredible tradesman and our go to business anytime we have roofing issues. Thankfully this is not often, but when we recently had a garage roof leak Action Roofing were quick to assess and diagnose the issues and offer options to solve this. I had two ridge tiles come off during the recent strong winds. No hesitation contacting Action Roofing once again. Matt came out on the Sunday and recommended a dry fix solution for the entire roof. The quote was reasonable and acceptable and the work carried out the following Wednesday. Once again a professional service from start to finish. This is a good and honest business.

Best roofing company around! Simple. Lee and his team pride themselves on details and communication - in relative terms, something which I haven’t found other roofing “companies” to be very good at. The team are extremely knowledgeable, personal and responsive. Lee and the team inhereted a job which evolved quickly and were able to give assurance and act quickly. The communication was second to non and even came out at 10pm and Sundays just to provide assurance and help with small amount of water ingress during the “stripping” process. Something you wouldn’t get elsewhere! 10/10 - would recommend to anyone!

Our roof started leaking just as we were about to leave for the airport which caused us a lot of panic. Bailey and Co roofing were quick to fit us in and came to diagnose the problem quickly. They were back within a couple of days to replace the lead flashing and we were thrilled with the result. They sent photo and video evidence of the work they had done and we are very satisfied with their work.

Dave and his team were absolutely fantastic. Great bunch of lads and a great sense of humour! I was anxious about a leak in my roof over Christmas and Dave responded quickly, sorted me out with a quote and got me booked in right away. He originally gave me a quote for a full job and on what needed fixing/sorting, so transparent and honest from the start without pushing for work not needed doing. He updated me on changes with the time/date he’d be able to start work and cracked on with the job, with pictures sent after to show me what he had done. Dave came and gave me a price for a whole new roof fitting last year. Given that Dave has done work for other members of the family we knew he would come back to use with a decent quote as well as good quality roof! Dave and his team booked us in for the roof doing within a couple of weeks of receiving the quote and got the roof done within a few days! Our roof was done back in August last year and we are happy with the work that has been done. We would definitely recommend Baileys & Co roofing!!

We recently purchased a house in Baildon, noticed there was a bit of a damp area in one of the rooms, wondered if it was from the roof. He responded quick to our messages. Asked Dylan to come and check our roof which we were happy to pay. Was available quite quick (others mentioned 8 week wait). He checked the roof and repaired/glued a tile that had moved for free, alongside giving us future recommendations. We will be using again in the future!

Really pleased did a great job

Used M&S roofing to remove and install a new GRP roof where the original one had been poorly installed by a previous tradesman and ended up failing after 3 years. They came when they said they would, completed the job in the timescale indicated, (despite the british summer weather, providing a challenge half way through) did a good job and issued warrenty and guarantee. Joe the supervisor and his colleagues were polite and professional. Happy to recommend them.

M & S Roofing have recently completed works at my property in Horsforth which was in dire need of roofing repairs to multiple roofs. M & S have installed 4 x fibreglass flat roofs, re roofed a small pitched roof in stone slate, and also carried out substantial repairs to the main stone slate roof.
