Dave came and gave me a price for a whole new roof fitting last year. Given that Dave has done work for other members of the family we knew he would come back to use with a decent quote as well as good quality roof! Dave and his team booked us in for the roof doing within a couple of weeks of receiving the quote and got the roof done within a few days! Our roof was done back in August last year and we are happy with the work that has been done. We would definitely recommend Baileys & Co roofing!!

He originally gave me a quote for a full job and on what needed fixing/sorting, so transparent and honest from the start without pushing for work not needed doing. He updated me on changes with the time/date he’d be able to start work and cracked on with the job, with pictures sent after to show me what he had done. Dave and his team were absolutely fantastic. Great bunch of lads and a great sense of humour! I was anxious about a leak in my roof over Christmas and Dave responded quickly, sorted me out with a quote and got me booked in right away. I had a complete new roof, dorma cladding and window fitting. They have been very reliable, and did everything they could to get the job done even throughout a storm. Turning up on freezing days and worked in strong wind and snow. Dave even checked on my roof multiple times during the storm to make sure there were no issues. Which I was so thankful for. The communication was great, Dave always had time to answer any questions and gave a full debrief at the end of every day. Incredible tradesman and our go to business anytime we have roofing issues. Thankfully this is not often, but when we recently had a garage roof leak Action Roofing were quick to assess and diagnose the issues and offer options to solve this. We chose a full new valley and he did a great job. Whether a minor fix or a full re-roof I would recommend Matt and his team every single time. You will be hard pushed to find someone with such expertise, knowledge and diligence in this area. Can't recommend Ben highly enough. We were left with real problems after a previous roofer ditched mid job and left us with a leaking roof. Ben came out incredibly quickly and gave us a full quote and got the work completed in record time...for cheaper than the quote! The roofers cleared up as they went so everything was left clean and tidy. Very impressed.

Ryan and Peter have just replaced the guttering, drainpipes, facia's and soffit's on my elderly mum's bungalow. They completed the work to a very high standard, were friendly, helpful, tidy and professional and were extremely competitive in their pricing. The biggest compliment I can give them however, is that they were trustworthy. In a profession that can quite regularly be occupied by 'cowboys' Ryan and Peter were fantastic. Pete came and quoted for a flat roof replacement, received a quote a few days later, very reasonably priced, came to do works a week later, took 1 day to do. Needed a whole new roof on my house including my dormer fixing as it was full of leaks that were getting worse by the minute. Peter and his team where friendly and reliable, scaffolding was up nice and quick, the job was completed in just a few days and it looks great.

AC Roofing came and saved the day, I previously had my roof done by some cowboy roofers who left it in a bit of a state - AC Roofing fixed the issues and finished the work to a high standard. They were great with communications and always turned up when they said they would, a pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Ash and co were very professional, informative and helpful. A quote was provided quickly and preferences discussed. Ash took photos throughout the process to show me exactly what he was doing and to check in with me. Originally asked for roof work which he advised I didn’t need as the roof was in good condition so he continued with new guttering, soffits and fascias which are done to a high standard. Many thanks to Ashley and his team for their prompt service in replacing a facia board and repointing some of the brick work on the house. Ashley came to assess the problem within a short time of my phoning him and was able to give me a date for when he would be able to do the work.. I cannot thank Ash and his team enough. I had been looking in on a property for a family member who could not move in due to ill health, and found several roof tiles had been taken off by a storm, with rain and melting snow leaking through the hole. Ash came out next day to assess between jobs and they had the hole patched the day after - less than 48 hours after my first call, and at a very reasonable price. Definitely the sort of tradesman you value when you find them, and would recommend to others.

TC roofing have done a number of jobs for me in the past, most recently replacing my gutters. The job was completed while I was at work and no mess left behind, Terry is helpful and reliable.

Great service, did the work on time as promised, explained clearly what was needed and took photos to show us. We didn't need major work but we were able to rely on TC when other roofing companies let us down. Highly recommended.

I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. I will certainly be contacting them for further Roofing work.

Had a roof tile fly off during horrendous winds, and the friendly team at Yorkshire Roofing came round the very next day in the morning (even arrived early!) and rectified the issue and were able to get the fallen slate back in and ensured my roof was all good. Tony and his team have been brilliant and have done an excellent job on our house. Stripped off our old roof, fitted a new roof plus guttering and pipes. Also cleaned up an old soffit which now looks as good as new and this avoided it having to be replaced. The guys worked long days and were friendly and always grateful for cups of tea! Tony and the guys from Leeds roofing company are without a doubt, the best guys around for any of your roofing needs. I have never met a more professional hardworking bunch of guys in my life, they took so much care and pride in their work, delivered beyond my expectations in half the time and were by far the most pleasant people i've ever had work on my house. Tony popped over one evening to have a look at my roof, he gave me several options on what he could do to try solve the issues with my leaky old roof. He was open and honest from the beginning and it was decided that in the long run, a new roof was the best course of action. I called Sam to repair a badly fitted flat roof on my garden room. The original guys (John Stovin & Adam) tried on 4 occasions to repair their shoddy work but then disappeared, obviously beyond their capabilities. So Sam comes along that same week, quickly identified the problem areas and advises of options. Best option in my mind was a reroof and replace the rotten boards. The weather delayed the job but Sam was there all the time giving me the confidence that he hasn’t forgotten. The guys came and completed my roof in good time and tidied the site with respect to my garden space and property. He’s looked at my 88 yr old mum in laws flat roof and identified a leak as not being the roof but something else, Sam in my opinion, isn’t a rip off merchant and priced competitively. As important he hasn’t had to come back for any snagging. I would definitely recommend Sam and Newlay Roofing.
