Alex has done a few jobs for us to fix leaks on a flat roof and replace cracked roof tiles. He is quick to respond and provides accurate, detailed, quotes. All his work is carried out to a high standard at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

Alex has done a fantastic job on our recent roofing project. He was easy to deal with from start to finish, super professional and affordable (in comparison to other quotes we received). We were kept in the loop with any changes of plan and Alex went above and beyond to keep the project within budget. I can’t recommend his service enough, any project big or small, look no further!

Alex provided an excellent service at a fair price when we needed gutters clearing as part of a house sale. He also gave excellent advice and a competitive quote to install vents which would resolve a long standing issue with condensation between the loft space and upstairs bedrooms. I had a leak into my roof which other roofers had failed to locate and resolve. Alex spent a significant amount of time and effort trying to locate and research what the problem could be. He came back to the house to help at very short notice and was the only person who managed to fix the problem. Not only was it fixed, he did other work to prevent further issues at a very, very reasonable rate. I haven’t had any problems since. Alex and his team are also very kind and great at explaining what they’re doing and why. He has also provided advice to my parents which really helped them to work out what steps they should take with some repairs to their house. I would highly recommend.

Both these qualities are so rare to see, it feels so comforting to deal with excellent Staff who are super friendly and clearly showed what fault I had with pictures and video's before and after and walked me through the equipment and materials they were using for the fix. Had a roof tile fly off during horrendous winds, and the friendly team at Yorkshire Roofing came round the very next day in the morning (even arrived early!) and rectified the issue and were able to get the fallen slate back in and ensured my roof was all good. I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. I will certainly be contacting them for further Roofing work.

Fantastic service from Yorkshire Roofing, I knew my roof was in for a big job, quickly quoted and agreed, The scaffolding was up the next day and few days later they were on it, They showed me the state of the chimney too, so that was more work, But I didn't want a chimney falling on my new roof! No more stress over leaks and no more noise from rattling side tiles, cheers.

DPR quickly and effectively completed extensive work on my damaged, leaking roof in July 2024, removing all 3 crumbling chimney stacks and fitting new ridges. They also arranged for robust scaffolding to be put in place for the duration of their work. Their costs were fully explained, and payment was straightforward.

Our once shabby asbestos covered garage (which leaked) now has a really smart, coloured metal, water-tight finish to it. DPR were great from start to finish. The survey was comprehensive and the surveyor was able to provide answers to all my questions as well guide me through how the new roof would work. The workmen who completed the job were polite, friendly and left the site clean and tidy. I would recommend this company.

The roofers from DPR roofing arrived when they said that they would, they were polite, kept us informed of the process, and were helpful if we had questions. From what we can see of the roof repairs from the ground, the work is very neat and professional.

We got a quote for our bay window roof doing, they came over and gave us professional images and a quote pack that also included photos of the current state of the roof. They came out cheaper than another roofer with a much longer guarantee so we proceeded. Communication was excellent from DPR and the end result was spot on. We received before, during repair and after photos. There was good communication afterwards when we needed the scaffolding removed too and they did all that side. We'll need a full new roof within the next few years and this will be the first company I contact for a quote.

Ben and team were absolutely fantastic. We've been let down by various roofing and guttering firms over the last couple of years, with them either not turning up at all or with poor workmanship. Ben arrived on time and provided a competitive quote that evening, set up the job soon after, and his team were brilliant. The guttering and fascias look lovely and come with a 20 year guarantee. Used M&S roofing to remove and install a new GRP roof where the original one had been poorly installed by a previous tradesman and ended up failing after 3 years. They came when they said they would, completed the job in the timescale indicated, (despite the british summer weather, providing a challenge half way through) did a good job and issued warrenty and guarantee. Joe the supervisor and his colleagues were polite and professional. Happy to recommend them.

M & S Roofing have recently completed works at my property in Horsforth which was in dire need of roofing repairs to multiple roofs. M & S have installed 4 x fibreglass flat roofs, re roofed a small pitched roof in stone slate, and also carried out substantial repairs to the main stone slate roof. Simon and his team have been great from day 1 and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work carrying out. All the lads who have worked at my property were a pleasure to deal with and communication was great throughout the duration of the works. I'm writing this review as a last resort, but since nobody is showing up it doesn't really matter how it will influence our 10 year relation (guarantee period). I will do my best to keep this short and honest. Let's see how I do. So we've picked the quote from M&S for a complete re-roof (inc gutters, fascias) with flat roof repair to stop it from dripping and soaking up the side wall. For the re-roof pretty straight-forward job, picked the tiles we like and it went quite smoothly. Flat roof was supposed to be done so it doesn't drip- any way they see fit. They have offered re-felting it, seemed reasonable, so that was agreed. Unfortunately, either by lack of experience or the quality of work, the roof is still dripping, in the same places, soaking up the wall. On top of that, the main roof gutter, where it joins with our n-bours gutter, has been leaking. And since it's at the joint, it makes a lovely waterfall onto my n-bours walls and windows. ALL the issues above have been fixed now. Below you can see all the updates and how long it took. In general the company is reliable, just a shame they are soooo busy, it's hard work to meet up with them. Ive attached a pic of before and after gutter correction. If google allows it I will keep this review in edit and up to date after each and every significant development of situation- both good and bad. If there's no progress I shall update every two weeks stating just that- no progress. UPDATE 1 28.02.22- Mr Simon has paid me a visit to discuss the repairs. Spaces between gutters will be filled to prevent leaking. Flat roof is a bit more of a complex problem, but shall be dealt with as well. As promised to keep it fair, one star up and I shall update on thursday 3.3.22. UPDATE 2 8.03.22- we are waiting for dry day. It was raining almost all previous week. Should be better in coming days. UPDATE 3 11.03.22 All issues have been tended to. It is a trustworthy company after all, just busy.
