Martin and his team were absolutely brilliant throughout. We used Surrey Roofs last year and recently and would highly recommend them. Don’t look any further …. If you need any work done to your roof or gutters give Martin and Jack a call. Having bought a 100 year old house that had it’s original leaky roof, we asked Surrey Roofs to retile the entire house and renew the liquid rubber roof on a flat area of the kitchen. The team fitted new batons to the roof where needed, repointed chimneys and brickwork, and completed the work on time and on budget. The guys were doing such a good job that we asked for their advice on other areas of the house, and added in installation of a replacement velux window, three sun tunnel skylights in the roof, and three roof lanterns in the kitchen. Again all were done within agreed timeframes and budget, and the work carried out was to an extremely high standard. Finally we agreed some painting of the property, including the fascia and soffits, and the roof lanterns in the kitchen. A huge shout out to Pete who’s a whizz with a paint brush. As you can see we added a number of items to the original spec, that’s because Surrey Roofs really know what they’re doing, are excellent communicators, and are a great group of guys to have around. Szymek and Adam were an absolute pleasure, a special mention for Connor who went above and beyond regularly. Martin and Jack have built a fantastic family business, and we won’t hesitate to use them again.

The guys put on a new roof (on our 3 bed detached house) along with all new soffits, facias and guttering. The service and workmanship was first class from start to finish. Jack and Martin were our initial contacts and they provided a competitive quote and kept oversight of the entire job. All of the people working on the job (primarily Connor and Adam) were experienced and professional and even though we wanted the work done throughout Feb they worked every day except for a few due to bad weather. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Martin and Jack came around to quote for a new roof. We had a few of quotes from different companies but Martin and Jack stood head and shoulders above their competition. It was their personalities and professionalism that won the day for us. Compared to the others, they were extraordinarily confidence inspiring and didn’t talk the talk of excrement from a four legged farm animal. Our main contact was Martin, and he was very communicative about start dates and details we needed specifying in our job. Upon commencement of the work, Martin and Jack’s team were an absolute pleasure to have round. By the end of the job, I felt like we had highly skilled new friends, and their interactions with our neighbours ensured their work could be done to the highest standards without interference and concerns from people we have to live with. The work done was very much needed, and included spray foam removal. The foam hid some problems, which was anticipated, but the extent of them was unknown, hidden by the foam. The team handled problems upon discovery in a very transparent manner, providing photos and excellent explanations of the issue and plans to fix them. All this was done while honouring the price quoted, which was fair and slightly reduced to maintain competitiveness with the prior mentioned quotes received. We would highly recommend Surrey Roofs to anyone requiring roofing work, and we are at present discussing other work requiring their expertise. Great job by Dean and his guys to completely replace tiles, felt and flashing and some expert pointing. Quick, neat, tidy, great communication and the kind of re-assuring politeness and friendliness you want when people are in your house, especially as it is my elderly Mum’s house. The scaffolding company he employs were also top-notch: courteous and neat. Dean & Co. were appreciative of refreshments and we were particularly happy with the attention to detail, including cleaning up the site under the scaffolding every day, and at the end of the job, and cleaning velux windows inside and out once finished.

After deciding I wanted some roof windows I decided to use velux official site to recommend accredited installers. Amongst many, they suggested Surrey roofing services and after doing a little research I contacted Dean and am very glad I landed on this company. Dean came to visit to see what might be achievable given the construction of my roof, then came back with some recommendations and a comprehensive list of options for me to decide on. I couldn't fault the service, expertise and professionalism Dean and his team of Rick and Tom demonstrated during the 2 days they were here as well as being a really nice bunch of blokes to spend some time with, 100% customer focused, tidy, very professional and hard working. The finishing touches were a day or so later when Dean arranged for his trusted plasterer Josh to come in for day and make good. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company in fact I may be seeing them around again as 2 of my neighbours have asked for his contact details after seeing the results of their labours. Just make sure you have plenty of tea on the go as they don't stop for anything else !

I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day. Over and above the original work, Dean also sorted out a condensation issue in the kitchen and fixed a leaking flat roof! The workmanship was excellent, done to time and with a reasonable budget. Dean is clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He kept us informed all the way through about the issues and what he could do to help the situation and gave us options. Dean and the team worked tirelessly throughout. Overall, we are very pleased to have found a roofer we can really trust!

We needed a roofing company to replace and redirect some zinc guttering that was feeding water onto a flat roof and causing water ingress into our property. I spent ages researching companies and got a few quotes but only Surrey Roofing Group seemed bothered about listening to what we wanted. Nicky was very helpful and efficient in looking at and sorting out a leak in my parents-in-laws house and also has excellent customer service skills. We asked him to carry out other work to resolve gutter problems on both our house and our parents-in-law's house, plus some roofing repair. We Used Surrey Roofing services to remove a build up of moss on the roof and to remove a nest under the solar panels. They were friendly and professional, they worked hard and left the roof in excellent condition and the surrounding paths and garden spotless. This work was done by hand using ladders with no need for scaffolding. We wanted the roof to keep a "lived in look" and not to appear brand new. I would thoroughly recommend the company."

What an amazing master roofer, professional! After commissioning another contractor for a sizeable job on a Victorian terraced house in London hoping to get quality (when paying more so we didnt go cheap) it almost became a disaster as the contractor wanted more and more money for 'additional work'. Our family went over budget and then we decided we needed to get a second opinion as towards the end the work the current contractor done so far did not look right. Well after all the work if the roof is still leaking i know that is definitely not right. Frankie was honest straightforward and when i passed on his comments and technical information to the current contractor they could not say anything other than they will rectify the issue (prior to this they would not do it as they said it was beyond what they could do...!) My current contractor wanted to charge excessively for the additional work which didnt make sense but i told them that I have a master roofer confirming that their work was not up to British standards and the current contractor had no choice but to agree and change their mind. Luckily Frankie spotted this early as it would lead to further leaking later on had it not been rectified.... We could not really trust the current contractor any longer after being helped by Frankie and so we commissioned BT Roofing to finish the job properly. The work rate Frankie has is amazing. He was punctual and worked hard all the time and even on weekends if he was available and didnt waste time loitering on the phone like other contractors and was just proud to show off his work which we were very pleased with! Cleaned up every day, and even helped clean up the previous contractor's mess... A fantastic person as well as he gave advice without a charge and any expectations. Was a genuinely good person and very able roofer and contractor, could not recommend enough!!! Thank you Frankie!

After a troubling building survey on the property I was buying, Frankie carried out a health check on the roof and lead flashing. He absolutely put my mind, and the sellers mind at rest, doing a full check and then taking the time to explain it all to us afterwards, and any concerns we may have had immediately went away. He even replaced a slipped tile while he was doing the checks! Happy in the knowledge that we have no immediate concerns with the property, we will most certainly have Frankie carry out any work that may be needed in the future! What a really nice guy, 100% would recommend him to anyone.

Frankie is an exceptional professional from start to finish. He arrived within 30 minutes of the initial call to remove falling mortar over a public footpath from the roof following previous work completed by a rogue trader to ensure public safety during a Sunday evening. He provided us with a detailed quote, written warranty of his work and a detailed report at the end of his findings and the work carried out. He went the extra mile for an extra work we decided to get done on the chimney. Great communication, very tidy and clean work. He kept us updated throughout the process.
