Adam R and his team came today to fix the leaking attic roof....when receiving a quote Adam went up onto the roof to fully assess the damage and provide an accurate quote. The team turned up and got the job done with Adam while taking pictures and videos of the progress of work from start to end. Adam then sent this to me and once the job was done also explained the process of the work carried out in relation to the pictures taken. Very happy with the customer service and the quality of work with a very long guarantee. Will definitely be using again for the extension leak!

Rooftop were carrying out some work for a neighbour so I asked for a quote for some remedial tasks we needed doing. Adam visited the same day and went up on the roof to take a proper look (unlike another person who quoted) then provided a cost within a couple of days, which was the cheapest quote we received. The work was booked in within a reasonable timescale and the crew turned up at the agreed date and time to start work. The guys were polite and tidy, with the area being regularly cleaned of debris throughout the job, and they took the time to explain what tasks were being carried out to resolve the reported issues. With the understanding that my judgement was made from ground level, the quality of work was top notch and the reported issues (plus a couple of other minor items) were all addressed for the quoted cost. In addition, Adam resealed the skylights on our old conservatory roof to completely fix the leaks that we'd been putting up with for years because we could find noone to fix them.
