I had quotes by a few companies, but they let me down and no showed or became difficult to contact. It was not a massive job but needed alot of prep work before hand. After looking at reviews I contacted Spencer at Pristine roofing and he gave me a quote that was very fair and competitive. Originally he couldn't fit me in for a few wks but I booked in anyway. A week later Spencer contacted me to say it might be possible to do the job sooner, he coordinated all the scaffolding and kept me informed on when they would come. Spencer and team fixed my roof and cleaned up after doing a superb job. Highly recommend Spencer for any roof repairs or services and I will be using him again in the future.

Pristine have been excellent. From quote to fitting of new facials and sofits they have given a great service. 100% delivered on what they said they would do & when they said they would do it . Can not fault the work they did for us and the way the team did it. 100% would recommend.

Spencer and the team were super efficient. From quote being received within a day to removal and replacement of all soffit and fascia’s within 4 weeks. I would very happily recommend. Bonus; they were also the best of 3 quotes but that’s not why they were chosen. Just good although ‘feel’ that Spencer was a pair of safe hands .

Spencer is our go-to for roofing work and has been for many years. He is always quick to reply, on time and never tries to sell you anything you don't need. His team and any other trades he uses (ie scaffolders) are always reliable. Wouldn't use anyone else!
