From the point of my first contact, they were excellent to deal with. They answered the phone first time, Kylo came over to assess and quote within 24 hours and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and polite. I appreciated the fact that they used a drone to ensure they had been able to check all the hard to see ares of my roof and provided me the images. They told me when to expect the quote back (within 24 hours of their visit) and delivered on that promise. The quote and suggestions they gave, demonstrated that they fully understood the problem and had more than one solution, crucially ensuring they were LABC compliant if required. The quote was very fair and subsequent advice and support provided by Jen was excellent. Highly recommended overall.

Kylo responded to our emergency in resetting some tiles after dislodgement during the storm. We also had a concern over a number of roofing related questions, which he answered and provided recommendations for our consideration. He was very knowledgable, quick, efficient and very professional. We will definitely be using his services in the future.
