Lee was professional and friendly and after inspecting the damage on my flat roofs etc. He was able to give me an honest opinion of what was required. Any questions I raised were dealt with In detail and nothing was to much trouble. Lees Quote was reasonable . Lee and team arrive on time as agreed and carried out all the necessary stripping of old wood etc and replacing with new. Gutters and fascia also replaced edging and loose tiles and other bits. All replaced with new. Kept me up to date with progress. Cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend LMP roofing and would definitely use again. One happy customer. I had a panic after finding a broken roof tile and put an ad up. An initial quote from another roofer grew rapidly into work done at a very high price. After a stressful experience there I managed to get a far better deal from LMP who did a fantastic job replacing the small kitchen extension roof at the rear of my end terrace property. This work was a similar (and better) standard to a neighbour with a similar tile roof replacement. They worked over a weekend and very quickly, tidying up too. Great job.
We had a leaking chimney causing damp in our daughters bedroom and concluded it needed taking down as it was never going to be used again. Lee was very professional and he and his colleague did a very nice job to take it below the roof line, cap it off nicely, batten and tile the roof space and fit new fascia and brick up the gable. Job was well organised with scaffolding and skip etc and all done over a weekend at a fair price for the work involved. Lee made sure I was happy with the work aswell once it was completed. Would highly recommend
I can not recommend Lee highly enough, Him and his team did a full roof replacement including new fascias, soffits and gutters for myself this summer and what a fantastic job they did from start to finish Lee was so easy to deal with and made us feel at ease from the moment he came to quote for the job. He has also just done the leaky flat roof on our garage in EPDM rubber which looks amazing and more importantly is now 100% watertight. Thanks again for all the work!
Had a leak in my kitchen after a recent storm. Lee came within 24 hours and did a deep inspection of the problem. Found the fault and also discovered missing tiles on the main roof. Quoted for the work there and then - all was fixed within days. Mega impressed that the team working on a Sunday as well. Not many people would offer such a service.
