Steve went above and beyond helping to diagnose the reasons for the interior damp problems I was having. He was friendly, kind and generous with his time, sorting out everything that needed doing (gutters, pointing, drip trays etc), communication about the work carried out was excellent. Had a leak through my chimney in to loft room, and needed 4 repairs on gutters. Impressed with responsiveness, turning up and having to come back when repair still leaked. Tradesman don’t do that in my experience so was very grateful that Steve didn’t ghost me!! Super friendly and professional. And reasonable too. Highly recommend!
