We bought a house last summer that needed a lot of work. The roof was old, the membrane had disintegrated and a lot of the tiles were cracked and repaired with silicon from the inside. Sandy provided a thorough assessment of the works that needed to be done to renew the roof along with a very competitive quote. The work was started and completed in a matter of days. I cannot recommend Brilliant roofing enough. I had the best experience with them. Sandy and his team blew me away. They work hard & fast & were very professional. They are so focused on the job I have never seen anyone in the building industry work so hard. The quality of their work is amazing. When there was a huge storm last November with heavy rainfall I had water leaking in to my roof & bedroom. Although Sandy was extremely busy as many people were experiencing the same issue from the unusual weather he could tell I was worried as the water was also coming through the electric sockets. He made time to come and initially inspect the issue and I could instantly tell he was very honest & knowledgeable. I got 3 quotes from different companies as money is tight and he was the best quote as well as being the most impressive with his knowledge & recommendation on how to solve the issue. He even advised a cheaper solution and talked me out of spending more money. The work was completed in one day. Their work was so good I am booking them to replace another 2 flat roof's on my house. I have had a few negative experiences with builders in the past so it was so refreshing to finally work with a company I trust and whose has honestly, integrity & competitive with their prices.
