I contacted Patrick to help sort out a leaky ceiling in my kitchen that was due to an issue with the upstairs deck, and I'm so happy I did. Patrick and his team were super prompt, professional and delivered above and beyond the work we contacted them for. While fixing our deck, they noticed some additional issues with the roof and provided a temporary fix to tide us over. We're now talking with Patrick about how he can help support us with that work and to be honest any other roofing work we may need. 10/10 for Patrick and his team, and couldn't recommend them enough!

Patrick and the team were incredibly quick and responsive throughout the whole process. From our first outreach, he and the team were at the property in just a couple of days and they communicated very clearly throughout. Patrick and his team were incredibly professional, helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process of getting our (very old!) roof fixed. They were fast to respond, coming out quickly to inspect our property, take helpful pictures and videos and provide advice and quotes. They were also very hard working, tidy and professional as they carried out the work, and sent daily updates and videos of what they had fixed which was very helpful. We had our roof repaired and replaced by Scott and every part of the process was excellent. The quotation and scope of work were very clear and we were talked through the whole process very clearly. The work was excellent and done very promptly, on time and within the original budget. We were updated each day on progress and sent photos of the work. Was fully professional from start to finish. He was horrified that the previous extension had a 12 inch wide lead valley gutter all done in 1 long section - so original valley gutters had tears causing leaks and was barely wide enough to havecan underlap under the tiles. Now we have an 18 inch wide lead gutter down 2 valleys and has been done in sections as per Code 4 Lead Manual and using copper nails as per code. No fuss at all and job was done promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Scotts Roofing Ltd., not money grabbers and do an honest job. Would use them again and would recommend to all my family, friends and colleagues.

Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. He’s going to return at a to be agreed time to fix another issue and has already offered dates. Highly satisfied and refreshing to get such great levels of communication. Thanks Scott

After 10 years of roofing troubles (leaks) with about and about half a dozen roofers later, I finally met Henry. Firstly, very polite and very professional - a rarity in the industry. Secondly, fantastic expertise and a great mindset to work. He does not like to cut corners and will take full responsibility for things he does. Again, not commonly found with others. As an investment landlord, I could not be happier to have met Henry / High Range, who I would happily refer to family and friends, my personal property and any roofing issue I have. Henry called and paid for a plumber to come to provide a second opinion on my roof because of the diagnostic complexity - that was some unexpected service. We used Roofise for a full replacement of our pitched (using natural slates), flat roof (using felt) and replacing two velux windows for a terraced house in Fulham (SW6). We had suffered a lot in the past from a roofer who did not know what he was doing - word of caution for everyone to please not use any random ones as we suffered mental and financial damage from it. Marlon and his team are very professional (always came on time, cleaned up after etc) and took ownership of the work to ensure they delivery quality. They are also a part of the competent scheme so they can self certify installations as of March 2024. I have recommended them to friends and will use them again if required.

Replacing a roof was made painless by the London Roofing Specialist team. I had been dreading it and met with a number of companies before finally going ahead with LRS. The process was seamless from the erection of the scaffolding, removal and replacement of the flat roof, the installation of a Velux skylight, coping stones on the parapet walls and a new deep flow guttering system. All was done well within the 10 day period, they were professional, punctual starting at 8am each day, hard working, well mannered which came as a surprise 😂 and they left the site clean. Last but not least there were no hidden extras when I received their final invoice .. to be highly recommended 🤩

recently used London Rood Specialists to replace our office roof in Central London. They did a fantastic job that went extremely smoothly considering they were working on a 4 story building near Regent's St. They all worked extremely hard to get the job done in good time. Michael came around today to help me with a problem with a shared chimney stack and gave brilliant advice about it's removal and how the roof can be made good afterwards with the correct timbers and the best practice for replacing cement flashing with new code 4 lead flashing. He also gave great advice on partial removal of a chimney breast on a Party Wall. Brilliant guy and superb advice, understands the needs of the client, will definitely use again and strongly recommended. Also happens to be a very nice guy!
