They did our flat roof in January 2021 and am really pleased with their work and professionalism. They did it for two days. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. John, a very nice man, came to inspect one day, and then he explained what needed to be done, sent me and agreed on a quote, then booked the date. Two nice men came on the day and did everything including clearing. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service all throughout.

They completed the main roof refurbishment including flaunching restoration, parapet wall repointing and repairs, chimney rehabilitation and flat roof waterproofing with high quality work. I would highly recommend JPR Roofing to anyone. John came to to look at a leak I had coming from the chimney where it meets the pitched roof. He thoroughly inspected the problem from outside and then even went into the loft to check what he could see from in there. John explained what needed to be done then followed up very quickly with a quote after which I agreed to give him the job. The 2 guys that turned up on the day were very courteous and overall I have to say it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I could only view the repaired pointing from street level and didn't really appreciate all the work that had gone into the repair until I received 27 photo's from showing the before and after of each part of the repair. This was a very nice touch - a picture paints a 1000 words!! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service all throughout.

John and the team were super helpful and responsive to some issues we had with our roof. The team were really professional and were able to fix some slipped tiles and replace some missing tiles from our very old roof. This is the first winter of owning the property, so it's always the litmus test for seeing the condition of the roof and guttering. They also cleaned our filthy gutters, which looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the house was built! The drone footage at quote stage was also really helpful to demonstrate the issues! We contacted John after finding JPR online, we had issues with our roof in our London town house. I already had 2 quotes from different contractors but I wanted to have another one before deciding. John was very reactive and came on site quickly, we identified all the problems and he provided me with a quote under 3 days. His price offer and warranty was the most competitive, before signing the quote I asked if I could take some references from his existing clients. This was no problem, after calling everyone I signed the quote and a week later the works started. His team was very organized and discreet. They finished the repairs on time and provided regular updates on the works. John always communicated rapidly and clearly. Overall it was a very good experience working with John, which these days is rare with contractors in London. Highly recommend if you have roof issues
