Had a major failure of 9 year old GRP roof done badly by builders. Went to the specialist and Steve came over, figured out the correct roof material (Polyroof) for my needs and got the old roof off and new installed. Everything done on time and within budget agreed. Pleasure to work with and now very happy with my new roof. Highly recommend!

I'm so so glad Steve was involved with our project, which turned out to be trickier than expected. He replaced our existing flat roof which was not only leaky but also suffered from structural defects. Had many problems with our flat roof on our new build house and after 10 years or patching and repairs decided to replace it completely with fibreglass. Did a fair bit of research before I found London GRP as I wanted the job done right. Gave them a call and a week later Steve and Ben turned up to take a look and off the back of that they generated a quote which was very reasonable. After accepting the quote Steve arranged the scaffolding and gave us a start date for the roof. From then on Steve and his team were brilliant, communication was excellent photos and videos of our old roof were taken and problems were pointed out and rectified as they went. They also don’t cut corners and when the weather was too hot they had to leave and come back to finish the job even though we live deep in Kent. I’m so glad I got London GRP to replace our flat roof. Had Steve & Rob replace a very problematic existing GRP roof and new roof was installed quickly and to a very high standard. They were nothing but professional throughout the process and were very respectful of the family home. PS. pay the extra for a specialist and don't let your builder do your roof, otherwise you'll end up with more costly problems later down the line (like me).

John initially responded to what was a problem with some ridge tiles. With regret the age of the roof meant that any attempt to lift tiles then resulted in more damage as these tiles were in the region of 85-90 years old. John then came up with a plan to replace the roof at very short notice, which we accepted. The crew he used were very good experienced roofers and the roof was replaced quickly and efficiently and after they had finished, they guys left a very neat and tidy site. Since the job was finished, I had a surveyor come round to check that all was well and the standard of work on the roof was described as "Well above average." CNEM carry liability insurance and I was sent copy of the certificate. Thanks to John for a good job.

Did a brilliant job. We had a previous roofer come and fixed the wrong issue (looks like they sent someone quite junior initially to take a look). John came spotted the issue, sent his guys to do a temporary fix the next day, until he could return the following week. Then replaced my roof in 4 days in middle of winter. Charged me what they quoted me, builders were tidy, quick and polite, and - as is a flat(ish) roof - managed to do it without scaffolding saving me some cost. Would recommend them again.

John was really helpful in explaining the issue I was having with my roof and gave me a few different options, explaining the benefits of each so I could decide what the best would be for me. He booked the work in very quickly even at such a busy time of year, and his team finished the job early which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Made contact with John, as there was issues with chimney causing leak into the house. He gave me very sound advice with options. After deciding what I wanted to do, appointment made and John attended with crew. Chimney removed and retiled. All work was completed within the time given. His quote was very competitive and at every stage they let us know what was going on, even discussing some additional work that needed doing and agreeing a reasonable price for it. Had a great experience with this company. Upon an inspection of water damage to our external walls, we found out that the whole roof was really old and falling apart so John and his team swiftly replaced the whole roof within the week. They done this with care and precision constantly sending pics and vids to update me as I couldn’t be on site. They really helped me out and done this for a reasonable price. Attended very quickly to work out the cause of a leak in roof. Followed up with a full repair shortly after, and has since done other work including alterations to a flat roof, chimney repointing etc. Great communication with lots of pictures and always left things clean and tidy. Recommended.
