Excellent work by professional people. The work was finished to an excellent standard . The workers were polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves daily. Would definitely recommend this company.

We live in a group of seven houses and have had a number of problems with our flat roofs. Capital Roofing, Westcombe Hill, Greenwich, have always been quick to respond to wishes for help. They are a family firm (three generations) which means that there is a sense of teamwork which is rare to find in these days. Only this week, we needed help and they responded in a day. I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.

I was asked to source a roofing company for a project we had been awarded for a school roof in Kent. We tendered the work and Capital Roofing were rewarded the job. The workmanship was exceptional, the team professional and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. They are now one of our preferred suppliers.

I have known The Company for over 35 years. Fort used them for flat roof over new extension. During conservatory renovation roof, new flat roof needed covering. I contacted Capital Roifing W who inspire of being very busy turned up on the day they said and laid the roof covering to a high standard including overlaying serviceable roof to give it a long lease of life. The roof was laid by award winning Mr Peck junior. Well done. I thoroughly recommend this Company.

Down-pipe Replacement: Communication was good throughout, original quote did not change, the work went ahead and was completed the same day booked. Scaffolding was booked through a different company and stayed up two weeks after the job was completed. Overall: A good experience and happy to recommend.

Alltype Roofing came to put a new roof on my garden workshop. Very happy with the work done. Work was carried out with the minimum of mess and disruption. Everything was completed within a day and a half. Highly recommend.

Pleased to be writing a review for Alltype. We had James, Shane and Albert replacing our flat roof and put in a Velux. All good guys. They know their trade well, and are rightly proud of what they produce. Not something you see too often nowadays, unfortunately. Suppose the best question is would I recommend them to friends and family? Hand-on-heart, yes.

Alltype roofing done a fantastic job on my roof repairs. I had originally had a quote from another company who said I needed a new roof and charged me £200 to clean my guttering. Asked Alltype to give me a quote and they come over the next day and advised me my roof was fine, I just needed some drip trays fitted. They also said my guttering needed cleaning as they hadn't been done in s while. I explained these were done a couple of months ago. Pete the roofer went up with an empty bucket and cleaned them to show me how much debris was in there. It turns out the previous company had done nothing apart from charge me £200. Full respect to Alltype for a first class service I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Also a quick mention to Leaane who was excellent with communication with me, and never had a problem with answering my questions.

I'm so so glad Steve was involved with our project, which turned out to be trickier than expected. He replaced our existing flat roof which was not only leaky but also suffered from structural defects. Throughout the process, Steve helped arrange scaffolding, liaised with our structural engineer and Building Control, offered options with different price points and was always super responsive. Would definitely recommend him for flat roofing / GRP projects

Had a major failure of 9 year old GRP roof done badly by builders. Went to the specialist and Steve came over, figured out the correct roof material (Polyroof) for my needs and got the old roof off and new installed. Everything done on time and within budget agreed. Pleasure to work with and now very happy with my new roof. Highly recommend!

Had Steve & Rob replace a very problematic existing GRP roof and new roof was installed quickly and to a very high standard. They were nothing but professional throughout the process and were very respectful of the family home. Great service starting from detailed quote, removal & disposal of old roof, through to installation of new roof, which is covered by a 10 year guarantee (bonus) giving great peace of mind. Newman Roofing did a good job fixing ends maintaining our roofing needs. Like communicated with us effectively answering any questions we had regarding the work they were carrying out and advising us on appropriate measures to take when decisions needed to be made. They completed the work in a timely and efficient manner while making sure they cleaned up after themselves.

We'd had some major leaks in our office building. John attended site promptly and got a quote to us quickly. The cost was very competitive and John was able to schedule in a start date in a timely manner. He was very friendly, communicative and polite and easy to speak to. When my Manager raised some H&S concerns as soon as I explained the situation John made arrangements to get things rectified straight away so the works weren't delayed unnecessarily. Our roof is now repaired and even though we've had some torrential rain recently we're still watertight so a job well done!

After torrential rain and wind, my roof sprung a series of significant leaks. Newman Roofing Services responded to my emergency with professionalism and efficiency. After the repairs had been completed the team went on to repair further parts of the roof as per my request. Excellent new roof from a team of expert roofers When I needed my roof replacing I deliberately decided to choose someone I believed I could trust, someone I thought would do an excellent job. I chose Element Roofing and they really delivered. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and tidy. They were a pleasure to have around and they did an excellent job. Others may say they could do the job cheaper, but I would be surprised if anyone could the job better than Element Roofing. Our new roof looks great too!

Element (Clive) came to the house and estimated the roof damage repair ( this estimate visit cost £30 - which is deducted from final bill if Element is commissioned - we did use them). The estimate supplied was very detailed which is very good- at least you know exactly what you are paying for! The estimate to work being completed was quite seamless. Element kept in contact about the start date/ scaffolding going up and being taken down/ the roofers visiting to complete the works- very efficient- so the client does not need to worry or chase about these things. Element roofers did the roof repair work (within the agreed timescale). We had a query when the work was being completed - this was immediately addressed by Darren who oversees the actual jobs by doing an onsite visit to check the work completed linked to the estimate- my query about the works being completed was immediately addressed without hassle. An added bonus is that unlike other contractors approached, Element does not ask for payment (a deposit) in advance of the work being fully completed- even though scaffolding is required. This shows Element intends to ensure the work is completed correctly and the customer is happy before any monies are paid - the £30 paid in advance was deducted from the final invoice. Overall, we would definitely consider asking Element Roofing for a quote again in the future, if we have a roofing repair/ issue.

Element recently replaced the box gutters on our roof. Delighted with the whole process. The communication throughout from Clive was great. On site, Danny and his team were fantastic. The roof looks great and finally we have not suffered leaks. To cap it all the price was very competitive.
